The experience of being able to take the education course online at my own pace was real convenient.
As for the skills lab, it was easy to find this location with the detailed directions provided and also the exact spot to park my car at.
There is a secure code to enter the room where all the mannequins are located. It definitely does help to watch the emailed videos a few times to make the whole hands on skills lab go by more smoothly and quickly. I passed everything in less than 20 minutes. Quick and easy.

Easy to follow prompts. I was done in 15 minutes. Easy access code to get into the room. Don’t forget to put on gloves first. There’s hand sanitizer too.

Unique, quick way to renew your certification at your own time and pace. Like the lack of instructor and other students for testing, made me more comfortable to go at my own pace. Completed inperson portion quickly

Organize in every step of the course. Easy to follow instructions and the customer service is excellent. I would recommend Safety Training Seminars to anyone looking to obtain their BLS, ALS, and PALS certification. I'm sure they have other great seminars to offer. I do advise to give yourself plenty of time to complete the course especially if it's your first time. The estimated time to complete the course reflect those who are knowledgeable and knows the contents inside and out. None the less the seminars are well put together. Highly recommended.

Took my in person skills session in Sunnyvale, process was very simple, online portion can be done in one day depending on how much time you put into it.

Class was straight forward and helpful. I love that I can simply take the quiz at home online before coming in to do the demonstration on the manikin (which is required before doing skills demonstration on manikin). The skills demonstration was straight forward, easy, and helpful. There is no instructor so you are by yourself but there are videos you can watch before your demonstration and it’s prompts you on what to do. There’s also tips and advice while you’re doing it which helps a lot. You can also redo if you didn’t pass or if you want a higher score/more practice. Overall the experience was helpful and instructions on how to get to the site and what to do are clear and thorough. I had no issues finding the location/room or while performing the skills. Would definitely do this again in the future for renewal.

My job offers courses but they takes 4x as long and very reparative. I like that this company allows me to do the online work at home, in a shorter time based on me being experienced.
