7This Safeway store on Patterson Blvd in Pleasant Hill is terrible. This store needs to teach their employees proper customer service and to smile and greet them at the registers like a normal grocery store would. I'll stay away from this Safeway store.
It's nice but very very pricey compared to winco and Walmart for the same brand item not worth it
Love this place it's a great source of all the stuff I need to eat.it's going under a remodel rt now the the very best thing about this store is Denice who works there she is the best.very nice and always ready to help with any question I may have
I have come to this safeway at least 50x now and so I feel confident I can write a review that is fair. There are 3 Safeways I have been to which are 5 star - one for their awesome deals. The other 2 for the professionalism of the staff. Whereas one Safeway's manager is the standout employee, this Safeway's superstar is Martin. That is not to take away from any of the other employees, most of them are very nice and helpful, but more to highlight how Martin's customer service and positive demeanor could have you mistake his nametag as reading 'Manager'. He embodies the character and energy that mark a successful leader. Promote him.
Went specifically for a coupon sale item, went 3 days in a row and never did get it in! We had to go to a different Safeway, not happy about that.
Solid safeway. Also. Caitlin who runs the beverages department is incredibly responsive and has awesome customer service acumen.
Produce is poor quality here, and spoils quickly because this store isn't very clean. This is still a good place to get drinks, chips and frozen goods but for healthy living I travel a bit for alternatives nearby.
