Good variety of products to choose from. Expensive unless you bargain shop for their special deals

Produce Manager needs to have respect for customers. I was removing moldy leaves off my corn. She stood with her arms crossed starring at me then scolding me for removing the Moldy leaves. Mold grows so why would i buy mold? I once was a produce clerk and we removed moldy stuff before presenting it to customers for purchase. Take a vacation or do your job right! Never be rude to your customers. I look past you talking to yourself over the last 10 years. Take a vacation. Take anger management.

Last week I left my prescription eye glasses in my shopping cart. When I went back to get my eye glasses the worker was wearing them as if they were his. Shameless Safeway contaminated my eye glasses with covid 19. The worker attempted to steal my eyeglasses. Safeway doesn't care about loyal customers. My family spends three thousand dollars a month shopping at the fortuna Safeway. Never responded to this messages speaks volumes about how they treat loyal customers.

Easy to locate items. Always great fruit and veggies. The Safeway app really helps save on your purchases. Most employees are kind & helpful.

Went to buy flowers. Almost all of the roses in the mixed bunch were already turning brown. Big disappointment for the price.

They have the best fesh produce, in my opinion. Removed one star since the customer service is not always great. Lots of parking. No longer has a Wells fargo, but it still has the ATM. Restroom available, not sure about the maintenance since I've personally never used them. The store is usually always stocked and clean. Cakes are decent, and so are all the baked goods.

I shop for Instacart and the store often does not have the products I'm looking for. We have a lot of out merchandise

Always a great experience going here! The order is always correct no matter how big. Service with a smile is very important to me, and they got it.
My regular order:
Veggie chow main
Veggie fried rice
Szechuan tofu
Spring rolls

They hit the target every time! Food is amazing!
People are great!

Store needs upgrades! There's no room to get around.check out clerks slow (inexperienced) customer service poor. Stocking shelves are not maintained. Store manager by all appearances versus other Safeway stores poor leadership.

They have been great 9/10 times. My only gripe and it's not really a big one was. I went over there one night and they closed up 1. I got there it 1256 and the sliding doors were already turned off and I want to push them open and they move the little bit and I. Don't. Know if They ought to Not? ! I know they open from the inside but both the checker and the guy in the bakery deapartment Just looked Away And ignored? But there were people in the store walking around. I needed one thing I knew where it was. I would have been out in less that's the minute.

Store is put together good, has an awesome floral section, one of the cleaner stores in this area.

Shelves are half empty most of the time. Entitled employees will walk right on front of you or will not move when stalking shelves I can go on and on.
Try Winco out full shelves, cheaper and way nicer employees.

The good thing about Safeway is that you can get things there that you can't find in other stores. For instance, I love Kikoman's Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce. I don't find this anywhere else. Other stores sell basting and simming sauces but those don't taste right when you dip a spring roll in it.

Safeway can be expensive to do your full grocery shopping at though. Personally, I do my major shopping at Winco and get special things here.
