Safeway, Sacramento CA

It seems like every time I go there, it's really busy but they'll only have like 2 cashiers working.
So I'll have to wait in line forever.
I don't think that I need to be treated like I'm the king of Portugal just because I'm buying broccoli and soy sauce, but still this is a cruddy customer service experience.

Its a cool place and good friendly staff my only issue was getting a bigger size wheelchair through was not good and the to staff members saleing cigarettes and money orders were a little rude mumbling under breath should have smaller wheelchair i shrugged my shoulder and moved a heavy obstacle a little bit was barely able to squeeze my wife through. Other than that good place to shop but ruff area at the same time

This is one of the best places to get a great Deli Sandwich! I often come here because of that! Way better than subway

Online shopping is a bit of a pain getting the computer to work but when you get the computert figure out it works. Food delivered is always to choice. Staff are nice!

The staff always works hard to get you what you need. I love the deli and the workers there. There are a few places around it to grab a snack or lunch. Good overall in my opinion.

Angelica helped us with a bouquet (even though she doesn't work in floral anymore) that we needed In a rush. She was about to end her shift and leave for the day but was extremely kind and stayed back to get us probably one of the best bouquets ever that we have got done this far. She definitely is an epitome of what it takes to keep the customers happy and her "Do what it takes" attitude is just awesome. Thanks to her we have a perfect bouquet that we can now take with us to the wedding.

This lady at the flowers gave me the most awesome customer service and I am more than satisfied im greatful to see people going above and beyond I think her name was ashley. God bless her

I love this store it is convenient and usually has exactly what I want. There are cheaper stores in the area but I don't mind paying a little extra for excellent service and good quality food.

The worst Safeway I've ever been to. Their selections are okay, but they must pay their employees less than minimum wage they're so inept. Sorely understaffed, last time I was there the only choice was self check out, not a single checkout person in sight.

Shopping is a breeze during the weekdays. Go early before everyone gets off work. Prices are high my opinion. It's a great store.

I went early in the morning when they opened. I needed baking supplies. I got them, the staff were helpful, and my treats turned out great. I forget how close this location is to my house. If only there was a Peete's Coffee near this location.

Security will stalk you through the entire store, make you feel super uncomfortable and treat you like a dirty thief.even though you're just trying to buy a yogurt and not stealing.

Store has a nice bakery and floral department. Outside is old and parking lot is just awful.very small and cramped. Clientele of people are not so good.

Clerks are friendly. Security is in full force. I just emailed the Raleys corporate office to let them know Safeway will be my grocery store.

I was in store today (8/20/18) and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The BBQ pork fr the Chinese deli is very good. Was there at about 12: 30 an only waited about 2-3 minutes before I was waited on. When I went to check out there was no wait time. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeably about where products are and the quality of the products. I will be returning as often as I can. Store is very clean and is laid out very well.

The manager was doing a Nazi salute and their is approx 7 managers and none of them are black. After experiencing rasism here they called the black security for help.

Came to pick up my daughters cake and smash cake smash wasnt made and cake wasnt in the cooler and it was a whipped cake

I don't come here often. The parking is always filled up. The staff is always friendly, i love the produce, it is always good. They have a pharmacy so that is convenient. The prices are ok. Alot of specials.

I love this store! Super friendly, helpful employees, fresh produce options, great deals. Love the just4u app. I save $$ on stuff I buy bc software tracks purchases and adds your faves. Great location for us midtown/east sac folk!
