Worst place ever. Got here at 3 my appointment was at 4. Got my door at 5 it’s already 8pm still haven’t gotten unloaded ima end up leaving from here midnight. First and last time I come here. I would rate this place zero stars if I could.

It’s horrible place. Don’t come here driver’s. They don’t care about appointment time. Rude guard. Unprofessional lazy people. They waiting till your appointment time is due and than put you at list work in. It’s ridiculous.

My Truck held 3 days for nothing 2 pallets was sifted they void for rework full truck.load came from long way could happen little sifting that's not big deal can be arrange by forklift same time But they dint even try once directly refused and got appointment after 2 days.do not ever take shipment for this company. You will get big Lose. Worst place for work. 5 Hr minimum for delivery offload.

Good evening everyone, Checked in at 1: 00pm its now 6: 48pm waiting to 3: 12am next day and being charged 495.00 stay away! Stay away! Stay away! Bad service! Bad service! Never deliver here if you care about your time. The reviews were 100% accurate. Zero stars should be given. Complete trash of a company. You should be ashamed of yourself and file bankruptcy.good luck

Employees on their phone, been waiting for over 6 hours to get unloaded and when I aked what’s going on they had no idea, everyone is rude and disrespectful, horrible place to be at. Do NOT haul anything for these people! Worst service ever!

Very nice people good facility there is parking GPs friendly they have 2 warehouses 1 for dry goods and 1 for frozen
The frozen one on 26101 hansen rd and they have parking if you came and hour or 2 early will be good

Don't get here to early for your app.these people will not allow you to park in the lot I wasn't about to go park in some dirt lot I was given directions. I parked along the side of the road and went fishing in the canal there

After reading all the bad reviews I must admit I was worried coming here.
I had an appointment for 5: 00 PM and was on a door by 5: 15. I was unloaded by 5: 45 (22 pallets frozen).
Paperwork took 30 minutes. Overall good experience.

Update: I had forgotten to mention that the Lumper Shack had two lumpers and a young gal in there and smelled like they had just smoked a joint in there while on duty. There is serious as it means they may be operating equipment under the influence Not Cool!

Terrible absolutely terrible freight Smith is the lumper company complete incompetence I've been in the door for over six and a half hours still no paperwork and they've been paid I'll never shop at Safeway ever again

4 times I've been here and 4 times I've been here more than 12 hrs. Quick to take your money but after that you wait and wait. Today arrived at 3: 40am, 1: 20pm I'm still here. No one in the dock office. No one answers phone calls. Supposedly I'm just waiting for paperwork. Never come here if you dont have too!

So rude worker doing work over here, I payed lumber fees here today but she did to rude talking with me, respect to all drivers, otherwise nobody want come over here and then you have to locked your door

This place is the worst ever
When u come here no need have any Appointment just be ready to sleep outside and at door minimum 5hours.
For unloaded 3hours
For Lumper fee payment
And to get paperwork 2hours
Thats way I missed the next my Appointment.

I do not understand everyone else's reviews. I got to the receiver at 0811 for a 0930 appointment. Checked in. Was docked by 0845. I was out of there by 1030.

The lady at check in was friendly, the lady at the dock was friendly. I had only 1 issue here. The other drivers. You're an inconvenience to them if you're trying to dock next to them. But otherwise, I had no problems.

I looked at all the reviews and was waiting for the worst. My appointment was at 12 P. M.and I arrived at 10: 12 that morning. I got a door at 11: 56 and was done by 12: 33 and had 39862 lbs on my back. My bills was ready by 12: 37 and I told them that I was completely shocked according to all the reviews. Maybe it was just my day.

Check in at 4 for a 4: 30pm appointment wasn't given a door until 6: 30pm paid at 9pm and waited another 4 hours for paperwork

Get a paper with security
Fill it out park in dirt area
Give your paper to the check in
Wait till they call you once you are given the green light do not pull out wait until they call you to get your paperwork

It is a terrible place to deliver, my driver had his appointment at 7: pm they gave him a door until 1 in the morning at 4: 30 am he still does not come out, people are despots and really uncompromising I will try not to take any of my drivers to that place,
the laws are strict for the drivers it should also be for the shipper or delivery companies, being so long for a load is not a good thing

The dirt parking lot is full of empty containers parked all over the place. There is zero lighting huge pot holes and ruts in the road. Very hazardous walking conditions in pitch black darkness! Be careful
