Driver arrived 40 minutes late to pick me up for my doctor's appointment and then the car smelled like cigarette smokes like he was smoking a joint.
You're a medical transportation company you should not be exposing patients to cigarette smoke.your drivers should not be smoking in the car at all with or without passengers
