I do not like the receptionist at DR. Hammoudi has working for him.
They are too young unprofessional don"t listen to me.keep interrupting me and change the subject which I have no idea what she"s talking about not what I called for. This is the 2nd time. Asking me what med I need refilled and how many times I"ve called before. She just doesn"t listen and should be replaced with someone with more knowledge and experience!

The best thing about the clinic was Dr. Alboiny who was very thorough. IDK what happened to him, but he is gone. I ran out of seizure meds and Dr. Hammoudi (who is in same office) would not give me a refill even though I have been going to that clinic for years. I had to go to my primary care physician and with the co-vid in full force, I went several weeks without medication. Then, I had to wait a few months for my appointment with Dr. Hammoudi. I went from June 2020 to February 2021 without being seen. I am not great at computers so I was late to the video app appointment. I called the front office for help getting to the appointment or rescheduling and the receptionist apologetically informed me that Dr. Hammoudi would not be seeing me.at all. I would now have to go to my primary care physician and request a referral to another Neurologist. Basically start all over again. So why is this clinic repeatedly getting low star reviews? If you read through them, you will see that Dr. Hammoudi has an unapologetically huge ego and does not care about the patients in the clinic in which he works. This whole scenario was forced upon me. I was nothing but flexible at every turn. Unfortunately, Dr. Hammoudi could not do the same for me. Shame on you Dr. Hammoudi.you took an oath to help people in medical need. Ego should have no place in such a sacred office.
