So I usually try to see the bright side in everything, but I can tell you now there was nothing bright or good about my experience at all aside from perhaps not getting cursed at. I cannot tell you as the consumer where to do business but I can tell you for certain I will never be coming back here ever again. Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The ineptitude is astounding and somewhat impressive.

They added a near $20,000 "dealer markup". This is literally just profit right in their pocket because they have something you want.

Bad service - the staff is friendly and professional but the work is subpar at best. Their work is not through and they don’t seem to be the most organized. I think it is safe to say they’re not running the “tightest of operations”. It’s a small valley and the stories of bad experiences with the service department are making the rounds. I live in Saint Helena and will now be taking my business to Napa (30min drive) - bummer.

Best prices, so friendly happy to work with them I would recommend it to anyone need a car

Really happy with my new car-buying experience with Sager Ford. Purchasing a car can be tedious and is rarely pleasant, but Ed helped make the process as simple and as quick as possible and while there were some small hiccups, Cal and Ed helped get them resolved quickly. I definitely recommend, and we will be going back soon to upgrade our next vehicle!

To say I’m disappointed with this place is an understatement. I recommended this place to a friend to have a vehicle serviced. Their work was not thorough, and didn’t perform the basic requests made. When asked about why things weren’t done, the dealership lacked integrity in their answers. The lack of work done led to more issues later on that they took no interesting in addressing. The Napa Valley is an expensive place to live and Sager Ford asks a pretty penny. The quality of work and lack of accountability is surprising. For the money almost any place will do better work.

We had been in the market for months looking for our perfect truck. Being from Sacramento we reached as far as Saint Helena and found nothing. Rufina and Cal called us with hours after a trade in knowing it was exactly what we were looking for. Not only did we receive personable service from them but their finance guy Tim also treated us like friends with no pressure. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

We bought a used vehicle (Toyota Prius C) from Sager Ford online without seeing the car in person and we had very good online buying experience. Honest description of the car as advertised, excellent salesmanship from Miguel Alfaro. Thank you very much.

Oh my, these guys have an inviting, family feel, and the best team work I have EVER seen at a dealer. I have worked at a lot of dealerships, and have purchased plenty of cars.these guys made me feel like part of the family right away, went through a couple of cars, then they brought out a beautiful BMW hybrid. [Side note, they really worked for me at their desks and through a super guy that I have no idea what his title is, but he helped me from the minute he could see that I need a car, and checked in through the whole process, they were super, and I had low expectations] They got me into a beautiful BMW hybrid!
What a team, you really owe it to yourself to come in and meet this amazing team!

Parts department is nearly worthless. Tried to reach on the phone for over 2 hours. Ended up ordering online.
