Dined in and had a terrible time. Ordered 5 items. Each item arrived very slowly. The 4th item arrived 45 minutes later and the 5th one we had to remind them about it. Will definitely not waste our time and money here again! Terrible customer service!

Best dim sum in the Bay Area. We sometimes get dinner here as well. The Hainan Chicken and Roasted Duck are our favorites. We ordered from their website and pickup was smooth without any problems. Great service!

The wait time is so long! We’ve went there and waited for like an hour. All people are really busy and no one get a time to help us!

Awesome service, all tables follow social distancing guidelines, bathrooms were very clean. Food was fresh. They have the dimsum carts going around but they only have so much food to go around in the carts. Most things are to be ordered from their ala carte menu. Best to dine in, eat a bit there and then take home your orders rather than ordering for pick up cuz it takes them a while to fill orders up

Had a bad time. Didn't want to tip but the cashier kept saying I needed to tip. They even have a tip guide at the bottom of the receipts like it's mandatory.

My brother had a bad time. They did not check on us at all during the time we were there and lady demanded we pay tip before leaving. Worst experience ever.

I've placed an order online at 11: 40 AM, and I arrived at 12: 20 hoping for a quick pick up. Guess what? I've waited there standing for FULL 90 MINUTES! I got work meetings at 2: 00 PM! I mean if you guys cannot handle high volumes of order, just don't do it! WORST PICK UP EXPERIENCE EVER!

Wanted to help out a local restaurant.

Calling as soon as the lines opened right around 430pm-445pm to order food. Was provided a time or 30-40 minutes. An hour and half later, (630pm) still waiting outside with no updates provided on expected time.
Making customers wait outside the restaurant over an hour with no updates on ETA is not a good way of doing business.

Excellent, nice and clean place. Fast service with good customer service, also do take out. They do take Covid serious, mask and social distancing reinforces inside the restaurant.

Yeah, this place is great and authentic. Get the char siu (BBQ pork), chan fan (rice noodle roll), har gow (pork and shrimp dumpling), sesame balls (these are so good) and butter lava buns (100% get these). Should come out to like 40 bucks during lunch hours.

My Chinese housemate absolutely insisted we came here for the Chinese spring festival. Today was the last day so we finally got it in.

Let the lights DIM SUM.

Saigon is a little gem tucked away in a forgotten looking plaza just off Lawrence. My family and I have been coming here for years and we have always enjoyed pretty much everything we have ordered so far. Normally I would rate this place about a 4, maybe 3 stars because it is so NOISY inside. Service is great even when it's crowded but the noise level is deafening to the point where I can barely hear the person talking next to me.

Food here is delicious, the dim sum here really reminds me of HK except it's a bit cleaner? I don't know how else to explain it. The taste is pretty much the same but it's a bit less oily than dim sum in Asia. As for their main dishes, the lobster noodles and fresh crab dishes are great. You get to pick out your own crab in the back or they can bring it to your table and then they'll cook it for you.

The reason why I'm giving this place 5 stars this time is because their food saved me during a bad bout of food poisoning. I ordered a sliced fish porridge and a old fire soup (literally translated from chinese but I think it might be their house special soup on their menu) to go and those items were the only food items I could keep down during my week and a half of food poisoning. I think the workers here see me come in so often that when I came to pick up my order they said "That's all you're getting this time? Soupy stuff? We can get you some dim sum! " Normally I would have jumped at that offer but it would have been wasted on me.

I will definitely keep coming back here, especially when i'm sick and craving something good!

While the food is good, there is definitely a badly needed improvement in take out order process. There is no line, no social safety distancing, only a single point of contact for all the orders, and everybody is pointing to a single focus person. The display showing status of order is Not syn with the real situation. You have to keep constantly inquiring if your order is ready. How about think of using an LED display to show if your order is ready, and more runners transporting packaged food orders from kitchen to the front desk. There are a lot of way to enhance the current protocol in the process. Nevertheless, I still have to say the food is good, but I will have second thought before trying to take out order again.

I love this place, before COVID-19 hit, I seemed to be always lucky with getting seating when I come with my friends. They are fast with serving because they walk around with their carts with food, you also have the choice from ordering fresh from the kitchen. I love their food. But as for cleanliness I would rate them below the 4 stars, the restroom and the back area is out dated and also it’s slippery and I’m guessing it’s because of the grease and cooking oil sticking on the floor which could be a hazard to all walking towards the restroom close to the kitchen. They really need to do some deep cleaning of that place. I wish I could see the inside of that kitchen, but I’m afraid that will deter me from coming back again. Hopefully with COVID and it’s on y take out, they take the time to deep clean the place and steam the floors, and the clean the table, chairs along with the kitchen.
I do hope they stay open despite the COVID-19 everyone loves this place.

We ordered several times after COVID, almost every time at least one dish was missing and sometimes wrong dishes were provided. Also, the veggie is not fresh, the broccoli have many black spots and they just told us they are good? ! Very disappointed!

Ordered several dim sum pickups on weekends recently, all very slow and long wait time. This and the LAST time, it was still slow and the lady kept saying oh we had to make sure all pork is cooked thoroughly BS. However, all dishes were cold when it was "ready".

Pretty expensive at this location but the quality is great.they're super easy to order from due to covid. They have 2 kiosks that you can order or dine in with regular service.parking is also great.

They are super slow with the orders. Order an hour and a half before you arrive to pick up if you don’t want to stand at the door for over an hour.
