Unique and good products are visible. The store is well organized and the staff is friendly.

I had never been into a Saks off 5th Avenue store new store but it's really nice it's neat it lacks customer service cause you can't find anybody to help you but it is clean and neat prices are very reasonable and I would definitely come back again but I hope they get some customer service people to assist the customers in need I would have bought more but I couldn't find anybody to help me

Why open if there isn't staff available to help? At least take down the signs stating "if you can't find your size ask our staff" because it's a joke.

My wife loves this place and always finds good deals. Sometimes I find something for me, too.

The cosmetics company outlet inside Pff Saks is one of my favorite places to getb50% off too faced, MAC, Smashbox and skincare. If you love makeup and skincare this store is for you!

Found a couple of very good deals here. Good quality clothing from well known higher end brands. Prices range from normal for brand to several sale racks of selected items for vatious brands. Got a great Tahari sweater for 29.99, for example, but also saw $450.00 winter coats. Could have definitely been been more organized, and the dressing rooms need to be updated.

This is the outlet arm of Saks 5TH Avenue. The brand is called “Saks OFF 5TH Ave”. It on the other side of “cheap”. Expect to stretch your pocket a little bit.

One of the cashier's is rasisct. I am latino and was treated with a horrible attitude right after they treated a caucasian couple nicely. I would never shop here again, and would tell everybody I know to not shop here so they dont experience the same thing.

I felt the inventory was a bit sparse, but was still able to find a fab pair of glasses at a great price!

I love saks because you can find your favorite Luxury brands at about 40% off most of the time. I love luxury but hate to pay full price and saks has a little bit of everything. Sometimes they even have prada bags. They have so many brands that to me going here is like going on a treasure hunt. Also their sunnies prices are very very accessible.

They really don't have any worth buying really and the shoe Section is weak not what I expected

Line takes forever the many cashiers just stands there doing nothing while there is a freaking line

I think this location is about to closed down. Most of the shelves in the store were empty.

People may think that by the name of this store, you are going to find some extremely good deals of clothes, shoes, handbags, with top fashion and much discount prices: unfortunately, this was not what I saw in this outlet store at all. For some reason, outlet stores are much simpler and lacking the high class decorations than the normal department stores. However, the prices they offer, are not any lower than the nice department stores. Therefore, why bother to buy expensive things in a disorganized outlet store than to buy in a well maintained and decorated department store? Many times, when I walked into an expensive outlet store, I felt like that I was in a high-end second hand store or a thrifty store.

Behavior of manager is not good at all. He should be fired on spot. I came here to return or replace the shoe as i bought the wrong size and manager declined to return it. They are selling a used shoes in front. I would post the picture in the post so that everyone aware of that but i am unable somehow. Manager's name is James.
