3SALEM EL-ZUWAY, M. D, FRCSC, FAANS, FACS - This Dr is awesome. He is a Neurosurgeon in Fresno, California, and is affiliated with Fresno Community Regional Hospital. He takes his time with his patients, explains things clearly, up front, very caring, doesn’t rush you, and answers all questions you have. I am concerned about having spinal surgery, but I see he has over 20+ years of experience. I truly recommend this wonderful Dr to anyone. His staff is wonderful too. Thank you, Dr and your staff!
Uppon my visit today with DR. Salem, I've never had a doctor explain things so well to me he took his time to explain everything to me and my mom, and he re assured me that i was ok and everything was fine. Amazing doctor and friendly staff.

Dr. Salem El-way of Fresno Neuroscience Institute [maybe] an outstanding doctor/specialist & neurosurgeon. BUT, sadly & disturbingly, as his patient, I have not had the privilege to have an important & necessary FIRST appt. WITH him, in order for him to assess a proper plan for my needs.
My very first appt.was with his PA! I have nothing against PA'S, but such a person does not have the knowledge or training or experience that a neurosurgeon, nor that of a radiologist have! (Her assessment did not match the Radiology Report!)
