The young lady was very helpful. They quit carrying my usual hair dye. The young lady helped me find a comparable one plus the toner I needed. Thanks for all the help.

Extremely rude. Employee acted as if she was doing you a favor answering a question.

I know we're going through a pandemic but be a little more patient with your customers. I went in to get a hair dye and it took a while to get ANYONE'S attention the first girl tall dark hair was polite with her opinions as when I went to the check out the girl at the register was A: very short with the ppl in there B: when I asked her opinion on products seemed as if she had somewhere to go and C: seemed as if eye contact with kill her. I've been to other sally's and with the service from today I know I won't be coming back here my advice to you. Do the same

On May 15th 2020 I went to Sally's Beauty Supply in Rancho Cucamonga I have a Membership that reduces the cost when I was treated rudely by Miss Perez and told they don't accept my membership card. I was questioned as I was a criminal asked to show my licence. When the day before I had purchased an item with the same card with no problem. Wproblem. When I asked to speak with the Manager I was told she was not in. I asked her to call her. W Ms Perez pretended to do and still declined me. There was no notice sign any where there was a policy change. Could you please check into this matter. Thank you.

The Staff is always kind but the products aren't good quality.hairtensity hair, specifically is thin hair and doesn't curl like it says on the package.

Got what I needed, fast and when the tag was wrong she gave it to me for that price. Awesome.

Can find things here you can't at other beauty supplies. Can't say I always like the prices.
