Sally Beauty, Bakersfield CA

When I 1st walked in it was 3 other customers in the store in the store. I was ignored for some time. Followed by attitude for asking if the product would be at a different location. Extremely unhelpful. Their recommendation was to go to a complete different store "xo cosmetics"

I really enjoy my trips to Sally Beauty Supply on White Lane. The employees are very helpful and frequently offer their help. They know a lot about the products they sell and how to use them, which is good for me because i like to do my own hair at home myself. I would recommend to anyone to visit this store.

The 2 girls working tonight were absolutely amazing! They went beyond customer service to help me! The rona has really messed the store hours and they were so absolutely kind to me and let me get what I needed!

It was my first time going there and a female employee helped me she was even nice to help me pick hair bleach that was best for my hair. Definitely would go back.

There acrylic nail supplies are very low and it seems like everything is higher then usual. $15 for opi nail polish. I dont remember it being that expensive.

Ssoonie is AMAZING! He really listens to what you want, gives thoughtful advice/suggestions and puts a ton of detail and pride into his artistry. I have been looking for a regular stylist for a long time and I've found him! Two thumbs up for Ssoonie!

Small store but it had some of ever. I took my daughter there to get purple hair dye. The staff was incredibly helpful and walked me through everything I needed and how to do it. Outstanding customer service and great value. Will definitely go back.

The first Sally's we went to is closing (on wible). Everything cheap. It was fun. Went to the 9ne on white Ln. Great store. Had fun.

Best customer service I have received at Sally’s. I went to get color to touch up my red hair and the staff recommended a quick color moisturizer, which was relevant to me. She didn’t hassle me when I mentioned I would be exchanging a color And she even took it upon herself to see if I had points I could use in my Sally’s account. This was important to me because I have asked staff at the Ming location if this was possible (when my account was taking a long time to pull up on my phone) and they said no. Will definitely come to this location over the Ming and Wible one.
