Bad experience today, it was no change at all, in a good way I told the lady tell your boss that you need change in order to sell, she explained that it was her that she needs to go to the bank it wasn't about the boos, so trying to be empathic I say oh my gosh and how is that going to be if you're by yourself here, what I heard after that and with actitud was Is any problem? Well, I couldn't bring home what I needed so, yes, it's a problem "for me" not selling it's a problem not for her but for the owner I guess, giving costumer actitud a guess yes "there is a problem"
