I enjoyed my first visit at Atelier by Salon 77 West. Even though my appointment was super last minute they managed me to fit me in their schedule. Salon 77 West.

Carlie cut my hair and gave me layers. She did my hair cut very patiently with styling for 1: 30 hours. I was happy with the result. Ambience, lounge was good. I reached on time for my appointment and she called me in immediately. They charged $65 and overall it was a good experience.

Set of useless people working there. Never book appointment with Kelly. She doesn't have any products to use for hair treatment. She might borrow from others, if she cannot arrange for it she cancels the appointment just 30 minutes before the appointment. Front office says talk to manager and manager says talk to owner. Most unprofessional people.

Susanna Brown is my stylist best cut and color /kerastase treatment ever. Susanna is the greatest love my hair each timeawesome.

This salon is the best in Pleasanton! I moved from Oklahoma and stumbled upon Salon 77 West in Downtown Pleasanton by chance, and I’m so glad I did! I see Alicia for full highlights and my husband is a regular of the salon for men’s haircut as well. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming! If you’re looking for a new salon that will feel like home, this is your place!

Daniela Toscano did a color and cut and took all of my grey away. She is amazing and I am definitely going back.

Angela is my stylist and I recommend her to anyone. No matter your request she can do it. She always tries to find a way to get me in and having natural hair she knows how to cut, color or style it. I will follow this woman wherever. And this place is swanky

I love this salon! Definitely making thisy regular salon and eyebrow threading spot. The hair stylists are very friendly, detailed, and reasonably priced. I appreciate how they take their time and stop in between cuts to ask how it's going and whether the length is correct or not. They aren't intimidating and pushy, and it is helpful to have a picture of the style you want!

Casandra Montes did a great job coloring and cutting my curly hair. Very upscale downtown Pleasanton location and everyone is very nice.
