My daughter who’s 11 wanted starter locs. Everyone in there were very polite and helpful. They even helped me on figuring out what locs to start her with. I will be going back for her retwist.

Some of my fans recommended this business and i have to say the lady that goes by “jimena” is the worse. Shes unprofessional and rude and does not go through with her word i highly recommend someone else in the shop or mot the shop at all. You will be highly disappointed with how they do business

Exceptionalism starts with the artist better known as Amina! Love this shop and its down home loving feel. Always worth the visit. Always completely satisfied with my look and how they have me step out. Sometimes the wait can be a bear, but always worth it. And the hospitality is amazing!
