3Best salon in OC hands down. Quality hair and nails in one convenient and elegant location. The prices are very reasonable in relation to the quality. Save yourself a trip to Beverly Hills and walk out looking like a million dollars.
I was there for Brazilian blow out, she needed to leave the door open for air to circulate, one of the employee Lisa kept closing the door so I went open the door myself and she went closed it again. I said I need the door open she said go sit outside and have your hair done. I complained to the manager and she brought a fan and air purifier and closed the door. Very unhappy with the customer service.
I wish I can give ZERO Star to this salon. Walks-in sign welcome infront of the salon. Waiting for 20mins inside salon, no one welcome me or asking me if i need help. 1 guy saw me, and finish his job with someone, didn't even want to look at me and offer some questions. What of waste of time. I left without service or any greeting.
