Salsa & Beer #4, North Hollywood CA

This place is horrible the employees don’t know what they are doing that 5 year olds would do a better job than them. I waited 30 minutes and not one server took my order or asked what I wanted they just ignored me the whole time maybe because I’m Hispanic. Because they served the Caucasian people right away once they sat down on there table and they were right next to me, after seeing that I just walked out. I don’t recommend going to this location it is really bad

We visited this restaurant on a Monday night, it was very cold, they sat us on the patio, we were 8 people and they completely forgot about one, it took them a while to take our order to take out the food and even to charge us! The food was very delicious, very good portion, only the service was very bad!

It was extremely dark in there. We ordered our drinks and then sat for a while before asking for the menus. The waiter then pointed out we had to scan the QR code that was posted to the wall to look at the virtual menus.
Half of the food did not taste well and was sent back. When we went to pay the bill, the bill was more than the check and when we questioned it they then informed us it was 40 cents for every $10 it's being charged to a card. That is NOT the proper way to notify a customer.

The lady behind the counter was so so nice and kind! She was beautiful inside and out. I will leave review for every location because I have been to every one. I am in no way being extra and phony when I say. This is the BEST! Hispanic food I have ever had in my entire life! Theeeee pork. Is hands down the best ever. As a black American pork, chicken is used in soul food a lot and it is some of my favorite meats. Y’all have some very talented cooks in those kitchens.the food has great flavor! I got the molcajete (pork) and on another occasion I got the carnitas fajita. My hubby got the chicken fajita and I had other stuff on other times I went.

The place is spectacular, the food has something for all tastes, drinks and the excellent service. I recommend it.

I go to this location if I want to sit down and eat. The food is not as good as #3 on vanowen. It seems like this location is busier, the wait staff doesn't change things for you on combinations like some of the longtime waitresses will (Bella is my favorite).

Food and salsa is amazing at these restaurants, it's a must stop for my friends and I after theme parks. I usually get creamy cheese enchiladas, which are so good, but this time I got the hard shell potato tacos and those were really good too. Their selection of salsa is amazing and delicious. They serve chips with beans when you are seated, and the bean dip is so delicious.

My only thing is the horchata has a bit too much cinnamon for my preference, but everything is so good here.

I love everything about this spot! Great food, delicious margs and plenty of booths! I’ll be coming back for more fajitas soon

Everything was perfect, but the food was not really good, how you gonna offer a molcaje and don't service it in a molcajete? , it was super dry, meat was stacked in the hot plate I can say 7/10

Really awesome food, great service and great music. I ordered the creamy steak fajitas, they were great. Everyone's plate was huge and tasted awesome. I will definitely go back and try their margaritas.

The service was decent, but our glasses were left empty too long, too often. Servers were too busy chatting and in their cell phones, and it wasn't busy when we were there. The food has way too much salt in almost everything and was overall to greasy. Two of us ended up with diarrhea. The atmosphere is decent, but the ventilation is poor as it took far too long for the smoke from fajitas to clear out. Nice looking salsa bar, but not enough options that were not spicy.

5 dollar to use ur debit! Mgr demanded I pay cash cuz I refused to pay a surcharge that I wasn't aware nor was posted anywhere on the menu or store! I get party of 6 or more have gratuity to pay but it was my wife w my 2 boys. I go to gas stations and most places let u know ur getting charged to use ur debit or CC mostly 35 cents or up to a dollar but 5 dollar is out of hand. CHECK YOUR BILL is all I recommend cuz they were trying to charge me 5 dollars for a kids drink.kids meal came w a drink!

This is my go-to Mexican restaurant in LA, I always go more than once when visiting. The food is awesome, the portions are HUGE and the service is quick and welcoming.

Hands down best Mexican restaurant in the San Fernando Valley, and maybe in all of Los angeles?

Stumbled into heaven is about all I can say about this place give it a try you won't regret it bought 2 margaritas that were fire and price was perfect and the drinks exceeded expectations also had some of the best food I've ever had here I travel all over the lower 48 for a living and I'm halfway across America craving this place, its crazy, I hope they open more locations across America this place is awesome

The service is very slow, they don't have the menu to order, what is happening, they have to scan to see the menu, the photos are very flat, they don't even want the food, nor do people have it, and they have to wait 30 to 40 minutes each, but I don't like 0
