SALT Hot Pilates, San Diego CA

I love Chelsea the best but they're all going to kick your a**. I only go twice a week but my abs are on fire from this class.

I have gone to a few classes here and they are by far my favorite cardio workouts. You will definitely leave feeling accomplished!

SALT workouts truly give you a sweat as promised! I love the teachers and the class structure. LOVE Alex. I work out fairly regularly but her class always kicks my butt and challenges me in a good way!

I went to the grand opening event for Salt and loved the aesthetic of the space from the minute I walked through the door. I really like the vibe, the music is always bumping (I love that they play hip hop!). All the classes I've taken have been amazing, my fave is Betsey! I enjoy sweating so I really like that they have classes that are heated. Can't wait to go back to Salt!

Amazing workout. Adorable and chic studio. Betsy is awesome and is very encouraging and offers modifications to make the class easier or harder to meet your body’s full potential.

I love this studio! I didn’t know what to expect from a hot Pilates-style class but it’s a lot more challenging than it appears. The movements are small but fierce! I like that the infrared lights aren’t as hot as hot yoga classes. You will sweat but it won’t be buckets.

The studio itself is so cute, clean & well organized. There’s a shower, a bathroom & lockers.

Definitely try out Autumn & Betsy’s class. You won’t regret it!
