Worst customer service i have ever seen at a clinic. Im changing doctors asap i do not wanr to come here ever again.

My visits here keep getting worst I ask to see a doctor I need a emergency doctor note.and lady at front desk called the cops on me because she doesn't feel safe this place is joke. I'm a patient here and when you charge my insurance card you feel safe but when I need a doctors note I am a threat this place doesn’t care about customer service they only care about money

I never have any issue with them.actually she is my primary doctor and so far she is better than previous doctor i have (trust me there are worst). The only issue i have is when i call they speak Spanish and i believed they wire the call to the remote site from other country that mainly speaking spanish.so every time i called i have to say "English please" and they will speak English to you. They have limited staff so be patience.nursing assistance is really helping me with the questions that i have. I like it here because its never too crowded and waiting in like like others

Don't waste your time if you don't speak Spanish. Dr. Aguilar. She is rude and picks witch patients to see first we seem with an appointment. I come in all the time with an appointment and I'm waiting on the lobby for a few hours. Every time. She loses my labs. And is rude to my family.

They don’t even know how to check for insurance. They don’t ask you questions if your new patient or existing patient they just asked for your date of birth. They don’t care about what’s wrong with you they didn’t ask for my symptoms why want to come in. They also hung up on me.

Just horrible. Worst doctor ever. Dr. Aguilar the female doctor here is just rude and the wait time sucks. It's not clean.

Bad experience every time you go here. Doctor don't listen. They lose so many samples. They don't care about you here. When I talk to people in the lobby. No one I talk to likes this place. You get bad experiences with the Doctor. She gives attitude and don't listen to you. Every time I call to make an appointment I get hung up on. Besides the message people don't speak English. Like are you kidding me with that. What kind of doctors don't have a English speaking people answering phones. Horrible. I can't even get a referral on time I got to ask multiple times to get a referral. I called today to make an appointment every time the phone hands up on me after 30 mins I've been calling for 2 hours.

Went for blood work and they said they will call.me in 5 -6 days ive waited for more than 3 weeks they never did.so.i called them 3 times x and they put me on hold and hanged up twice lol all good i guess? Ashley was cool i went there in person and she said she was sorry it was another girl, all good love one it happens but not the other girl LoL

I give 0 stars.worst service ever.got diagnosed and never got a prescription sent to the pharmacy after being told multiple times they would send it soon.worst service ever.definitely never going again even if my arm was chopped off.

Lousy customer service. Don’t bother making an appointment, because even if you do anyone that’s there before you get seen first.

I used to love coming to see Dr. Maggie Carpio, she was so nice and always taking good care of her patient, as well as the MA's Jocelyn, Yahaira and David. But things have turned for the worst now the MA's (Magali and Mirna) are so incompetent, they don't care for the patients. PA María Eugenia is good but those ladies make it very dificult for one to come back.
