Same Day Marriage was an absolute lifesaver for my fiancé and I. Being military, he had a very tight timeline, and they were incredibly accommodating of us. I spoke to Josh, who made sure I felt comfortable with the process and gave his best effort in making our special day, special.
We had a small civil ceremony with some family, and despite the nature of such a quick ceremony, Josh did not rush us. He looked happy to be there. Veronica was incredible, took the time to explain in detail exactly what we were signing, when our original certificate would come in the mail, etc. She was not huffy or hurried, and assured us of any worries or questions we had. LA County registry office was a one star experience when attempting to call and ask questions or even make appointments, so this was a godsend.
Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would gladly do it all over again. The customer service was unparalleled, and when trying to get through the hoops they make you jump at the county office, we’ll gladly trade it in for the smooth sailing process here at same day marriage. Cheers!
