Same Day Restoration & Cleaning was very professional, knowledgeable and dependable! We would recommend them to everyone! Going through this process was so stressful for my family and I, but Same Day Restoration kept us informed every step of the way. They responded quickly when we had questions and shared information and pictures daily to make sure that we see the progress of our house from start to finish. It is important to have someone know how to work with the insurance companies and we truly appreciate Tony and his team for all of their help. They are the best! Thank you Tony for everything!

We unfortunately had a flood in our home when the cities main backed up. It was pretty horrific. We had sewage all over the ground floor of our home. This happened to all the houses on our street at once. Some of us neighbors got together to choose a contractor we could trust. We interviewed quite a few and decided to hire same day restoration. Our point of contact was Olivia Johnson. She was amazing throughout the four month process. Their team packed out our home, cleaned up and dried out everything and then restored it back to new. We essentially had to redo the entire ground floor. New flooring, drywal, paint cabinets. Lucky for us their was enough funds to upgrade our outdated cabinets. The project took a bit longer then we hoped though most of the delays came from working with the city. Im more then happy to leave this review. I would recommend these guys to my own family and friends.

We had a great experience with all the staff at Same Day. We hired them to clean our home and belongings after a fire in our condo. The staff and field crews were communicative and timely, they provided daily updates of onsite comings and goings, and kept us updated on the whole insurance process. We feel they truly provided us with white glove service and tended to all our needs.

Did a mold inspection in Dec 2019. Workers were professional and courteous. After their inspection, they stated they could not find any mold. I then pointed out a specific wall area that also had an exterior side that showed water and mildew/mold on base of the exterior wall. Therefore, I don't give much credence to the discovery process. Further work showed mold in the area that needed to be cleaned which they did thoroughly.

Fast forward to Dec 2020,1 year later I receive a phone call stating I have an unpaid balance for the work done a year ago. I was confused, given I never received a past due notice. They stated we just recently changed our billing staff and our bill was marked as paid, but their recent audit says that was done in error. Really? Unfortunately for me, I could find no record of payment, so I have no idea if I've already made the payment.
I've recently made the payment but it's so disappointing how they took no accountability for their mishandling.just bad form.

This company is below average when it comes to customer service.

The owners and the executive team doesn't care about customer, they care about only money. (I understand running a business is tough but this is just rude).

The project manager did nothing for me except for the first day to come in and assess the damage. Since then I had to schedule all of my cleanings. The operation manager told me that she will make sure things will get done. Ofcourse nothing got done.

Few examples, my adjuster was waiting for Same Day to contact for months, the project manager sent the wrong crew to our house, no updates or notification that people will be coming to our house.

Sameday doesn't live up to its name, response was slow - I texted the project manager and called - no response and no updates.

I had more conversation with the sub-contractors that Same Day hired.

Overall cost of restoration was $30k but I feel like I received less than $30 service from these guys.

For those who want to use them, be sure to do your homework and be ready to follow-up everyday because they ghost you.

During the the last rains we suddenly had water leaking through the ceiling lights Into our bedroom. It was pretty horrific. We quickly called around and this company was available to come out ASAP. They helped us tarp the roof to prevent more water coming in and helped with drying the water damage that was already trapped in our ceiling. Quick and responsive service if your in a pickle.

My water heater was leaking mike and fabian came out on a sunday and cleanup the mess right away and worked directly with my insurance
professional team i highly recommend them.
