Dylan Bruner, of the rebuild team was great. He rebuilt undersink box of our kitchen caninets.

Being a cabinet maker is one thing. Being able to partially disassemble and rebuild an existing cabinet, while temporarily supporting the weight looks a bit like trying to combine a Jenga and a Jigsaw Puzzle. I was most appreciative of the fact that he was able to remove existing outer pieces without breaking them, minimizing our down time and carry over affect of this water damage.

I also greatly appreciated the extra couple of hours he put into an already long day, to finalize the job. This allowed us to stay on schedule w a plumber coming the next morning finalizing the job.

Everyone we interacted with from Same Day was professional, courteous and kind. If you’re calling Same Day at all, it’s probably not great news, but their team really help to make lemonade out of lemons. We had a water leak in our master bathroom and called this company for assistance. They did not keep us informed of the work they were doing, I went to check and found they ripped out our bathroom vanity and didn’t keep the frame, only the countertop. They also flushed paper towels down the working toilet when they ran out of toilet paper. They did not keep the damaged part from the broken toilet for the insurance company. After only mitigating water damage from about 700 sq ft they sent us a bill of about $50k. This does not include any reconstruction work or materials, and my husband took out the first level of flooring from the master bedroom himself when the water was leaking. It’s been over 2 weeks and we still havent received an estimate for the reconstruction. This business is poorly run in my experience. I do not recommend using them.

Same Day Restoration really saved the day! We had a whole house flood from the top floor and it was like being in a tropical rain forest. Water was bleeding out of the ceiling and pouring down the stairwell. I called three or four different shops and Chris Deal from Same Day was there within the hour. I don't think I even got responses from the other companies. He and his team immediately went to work and swept out (or vacuumed up) all the dirty water and then got to work on removing all the muddy dry wall. I was at a TOTAL loss on what to do but Chris was super re-assuring. I put my insurance companies in touch with Same Day and it was all taken care of. We had to do a complete remodel essentially as every thing needed to be replaced. It took months of course but the team at Same Day was able to manage pretty much the whole project from Water Damage Restoration, Pack Out/Pack Back In (boxing up our furniture and possessions) and storing it and then rebuilding the kitchen cabinets, the flooring, the closets, the wall, painting etc. It was a huge project and Same Day managed it well. Much obliged to Pacy and his team there and I highly recommend.

Our house flooded and Chris was very professional. At a very stressful time for us he walked us through the whole process, He answered all of our questions and followed through with everything to the very end. Thank you for all of your help and getting us back into our house so quickly.
