I needed to get my passport quickly. The staff was kind, but they would have charged me $700 more than what the passport center at the LA federal building charged. At the federal building, its $205. This place is a courier, and I believe this means that they do the work for you and go to the building themselves, but it's extra paperwork on your part, plus the extra 900 for same day service. Check out the requirements online and see. But if you live near LA, go to the federal building and save the $700 for the vacation.

Went there for passport photos. Everyone was polite and they helped me figure out the exact dimensions of the photos with respect to the country I need them for.
