Sam's Club, Fresno CA

Good place to get big batches of groceries but wish they had multiple location in Fresno county. Please think about opening one in Selma that would awesome.

Friendly staff. Electric carts are usually available. Good prices. Seasonal items rotate. "Snack Bar" has everything from drinks to pizza to sandwich items. Returns are also easy.

I had $20 off membership coupon and waited 2 days in a row to renew it. No one could help me. Manager Melinda or Belinda never showed up. Waisted over an hour.
I am very disappointed because I have been a member since 2001 when they first opened in Fresno. I have spent thousands of dollars in here.
This is simply bad business not to honor what you offered.

Don’t bother applying online to workdays for Sam’s club just a waste of time, I applied to them in October and they said I was going to get the job and end up not getting it then November came still nothing and then I just gave them one last call and they said they didn’t have time office to be looking at it but for almost 2 months they been having my application online and they still have the audacity to say they didn’t have office time to review it again or to fix it. Don’t waste your time they are just playing with you and your time. They don’t do their job as they soppose to they lack in their work to give assistance to the caller and Customers.

Today I left my purse in the food court by accident. I didn’t realize it until much later. I’m so appreciative of their employees and especially Steven who reviewed the cameras and ultimately found it. I love Sams club

Ordered tires on line called tire shop (4) times to make appointment. 1st, 2nd, 3rd was put on hold for a total of 22 minutes when I called and asked to speak to manager she said that he was busy and put me on hold again for 3 minutes when i spoke with mgr he said that tire shop would call me back, yeah right. Poor customer service.

Customer service was okay. It's a pretty big store. They have some good prices for wholesale products.

The self- checkout if handy when you have a few items and are in a hurry. Also the staff are always friendly for the most part.

We purchased 4 new tires from Sam’s Club, along with the hazard insurance. A few years later when we discovered one tire had a nail in it, we came back to Sam’s Club to have them fix it. They are now telling us Pirelli will not allow them to repair this type of tire for some reason. So, the only thing they can do is sell us another tire. I will never buy another large item from Sam’s Club EVER. About a year ago, I had a nightmare trying to return a mattress that I purchased from Sam’s Club online. NEVER AGAIN. I wish I could give Sam’s Club lower than a ONE star.

This Sam's Club is awesome, I am always here shopping. This store is almost like a warehouse type of style, you can purchase bulk items at reasonable prices. They carry food, desserts (they have a bakery), Alcohol, home supplies, home appliances and other goods, they have a pharmacy, optical center and auto center, and they also have a food court. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and you can almost always find cute kids clothes and fun educational work books and activities for low prices. They always have items on display to get an idea of how everything works before you purchase them. Store is clean and so are the bathrooms. The parking lot however, does get a little hectic and busy, cars usually drive much faster than they should near there, so be on high alert when walking through that parking lot, especially if you have little one's. Sam's should really consider putting signs up or road undulations for their customers safety and customers shopping near should not be driving past the speed limit- this is why i couldn't give five stars.

P. S. They have some of the best croissants ever and checkout lines go quickly!

I went too Sam's club 2 days ago. Although I do love this store I had a bad experience. I have a bad back neck and shoulder. I was only able to find one gentleman that worked there to help me lift a 55 lb.bag of dog food. On the way out I asked for assistance out. After waiting for quite sometime and having one person ahead of me I told the young woman nevermind that I would figure it out by myself. I ended up hurting my neck and back getting everything into my car. Went to Costco across the street and they had someone there to help me in less than 30 seconds. Sam's I love you guys but you need to step it up with customer assistance. It's not the first time I've had this issue there.

My husband and I went to the tire & battery center to get new Michellen tires and had an awful experience first they left us waiting in line and didnt say a word then the guy helps us but had the worst attitude. Dispite my experience my friend brought her car there as well and had an even worse experience her tires were not leveled. They didnt have correct PSI and they looked worn and dirty. When asked to fix the issue she was told to "take a brush to it" I dont know about anyone else but if your gonna pay 800+ on tires might as well go to Las Schwab and get treated with respect. The supervisor older Male in his 40's needs to at the very least be demoted. I will be taking further precautions to see this doesnt get left alone.

It was great! In and out.not crowded, clean.found what I needed and some items are even less than Costco's!

Well operated, quickly get your goods and able to leave. Sam's Club is not in the Villaggio Center. Sam's Club operates in the center to the South.

I've been shopping at Sam's Club for quite some time and have always found this store very clean and well maintained (shelves stocked etc.). I have used the in-store grocery pickup and have enjoyed that. The employees at this Sam's club do well and are organized when handling the grocery pickup. I also love that the app make my experience go so much smoother. Before, waiting in lines at Sam's Club was horrible but with the app it is quick, easy and accurate.

Love this place, the street are amazing! Yes Costco is Costco but this place is so much better. Products are great! The mobile check out app rocks. No long lines, crazy people trying to run you over for a food sample. People actually behave, can't go wrong.

Didnt get our free prize and noone knew how to help us out. We just became members and followed the little treasure hunt which was stupid.

Over all good store, but its hard not to compare it to Costco. Which is a slippery slope to a degree cause to an extent Costco is on its own level. I suggest if you choose to visit, expect a Wal-Mart level store. I'm not trying to throw shade, I guess it just makes sense that it's owned by the same corporation.

Clean store, staff at booth where buy new phones. LACKING! Sitting, uninterested in helping us, salespeople saw us waiting, allowed people to cut in front of us, helped them. We went right over to Costco. EXCELLENT, entergectic people, standing, apparent they were anxious to HELP! Bought their phone.

I like shopping sam club and I really enjoyed the polish dog becacause costco stop selling them.today I went to get one and sam stop selling polish hotdogs like costco.what the heck is going on. I guess I will not be getting anything from there snack bar anymore.
