The first sign of fake reviews? When you have multiple reviews coming in at the same time. A business should not have to try so hard.

This location is the absolute worst in the history of the planet. They are never well stocked and it’s hard to find an employee that actually wants to help you.

Upper management should not be dealing with customers at any level. She is very rude, condescending, and zero help at all.

I am not from here (Calif) im from Wis.and the difference in customer service is so different i asked two different workers a question and you would have thought i was putting them out. So very rude neither of them answered my question i will definitely stick to my Wis. Sams

I went to Sam's Pharmacy for my first Covid shot. I scheduled online which took a look time but was easy to do. When I arrived at Sam's at my scheduled time I was the only one there. Filled out one more form. Waited 10-15 minutes, I was early. Pharmacy tech gave me the shot. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Gave me instructions about what to expect and what to do next.
Was a great experience. Already scheduled my second shot online.

Selection is not as good as Costco. I do love their scan and go app because not having to go through the very slow checkout lines is a blessing. Unfortunately the scan and go does not work on wine so I have to get my wine at Costco. Another plus of Sam's club over Costco is their meat because they don't blade tenderize like Costco does so you don't have to over cook steaks to kill the EColi that blade tenderizing creates

Must show I'd at the food court, even though you show your card when you enter Sam's ‍️‍️ the location is near the 405 very convenient when I'm heading home, parking lot is madness. The store is okay a few different items compared to my home store I shop at.

Was in line to get gas and the attendant just up and left and didn't tell all the people in line that the pump shuts off at 9pm. Not cool at all!

In and out of SAMs CLUB.
When they don't keep moving stuff around, it's easy to run in and out. I usually ALWAYS use the self check out.

There was a Latino man driving a forklift thing, and he was honking at random people even when they weren't in his way. He even honked at an old lady in one of those accessible wheelchairs. He honked at my mom and I when we weren't even in his way and there waa no one else around. The sound was very loud and I can't even hear that well in one ear. I always come here and this has never happened.

For some reason this place is like don't like to help the customer they have 20 register but only 3 to help the customer everything else is self help don't understand how you can run a business like this location

So much better than Costco. Few lines and an app to use for check out. People are friendly and helpful.

This is the spot for great deals I came in to get a few things and left with savings. Between here and Costco I save tons of money. I might be doing a big barbecue this summer and this is the place to get everything cheap.

Tyler at the food court was the best employee I've ever met at Sam's club. He was helpful and kind.

Staff is not friendly or helpful. The store itself is your typical Sams club. After shoping we stopped off for pizza, the family deal. We were told we could not have a choice of our own toppings as the sign said. Overall not my best sams experience wont return to this location.

They didn’t want to sell us beer because the employee thought we were underage when all of us were well over 21 and had our ID’s to show it

I've had my membership already for couple years but the reason why Sam's has now disappointed me is because this is the 2nd time they forget to make the cake order I do. They never made my son's b-day cake which he was excited to see and now they didn't do my sister in law civil wedding cake. Both parties we end it up showing up with a random cake. REALLY EMBARRASSING!

Best price for gas, scary place though bc now tweakers are living in their cars and working on them all day and all nite. Car looks like it is being stripped? Too many scary people here an no one seems to care. Thinking of cancelling our membership due to this constant ugliness

Cool, friendly. Easy going.

The scan & go is super legit. The app is linked to my iphone and debit/visa/sams club.i can just scan the bar code and don't even have to wait in line.

Scan and Pay, and Show my phone at the exit. Super easy to use.
Quality products, too bad a lot of the shops are closing down.

They have a good variety of products and good prices. I'd love to see more healthy products there.

They are not honest! I purchased beef short rib from them. The top layer look like nice quality meat but the bottom layer that's hidden underneath is all garbage, full of fat and big bone. I wish I could give them 0 star if I can. Stay away from them, I would cancel my membership, get the refund and never come back. Costco is definitely better than sam's club
