Sam's Club, Fullerton CA

Great place to shop for your everyday needs and very low and affordable wholesale prices it doesn't get any better than that I do recommend to everyone.

Usually Sam’s is great today not so much, they only have 4 full service checkouts now making those lines longer.
Our order was scanned incorrectly causing us to be denied exit. We had to go back to checkout wait again for help. The entire process took an additional 20min. Very frustrating.

Two employees were looking at me like I wasn't scanning my items at the checkout and one of the 2 employees gets near me and make sure I scan all items in my cart and them she plays it off that the bottle I had looks like alcohol but it's a bottle of olive oil she even counts my items she said she was trying to help me out I just felt discriminate cuz I wasn't the only one at the self checkout and they were just watching me if I could give a zero rating I would plus I'm a disable person

Love this store, always well stocked. Helpful and courteous employees, willing to go the extra steps to see issues through. Thank you!

I like this Sam's, very friendly staff and clean store. Their lines are never very long and the best part is that you can use their app to scan and pay your purchases and not have to stand in line. For this reason only, the scan and go app. I choose Sam's over Costco.

Sam's club has different items than other warehouse store. Sam's club beef and pork the prices are amazing too.

One of the best clubs in So. Cal. Very friendly and helpful here. They are always patient with my elderly mother who loves to shop here.

I love sams club but not this store. If you are go to self check out their attendant named elisa will constantly try to insinuate you are trying to steal from the company. Horrible customer service not the first time she has done this. Something needs to be done about her or i will take my buissness elsewhere.

Unless you purchase the $100 dollar membership, you do not get any further discounts at the pharmacy. I will go back to costco.

We have been shopping there for many years.we love finding great discounts compared to other stores and we find great products. All food is well produced and packaged. But yesterday we went shopping for cleaning supplies and got a box of tissues. I opened them today and ALL of them were open on the sides and not closed off.

Sam's Club is making it easier and easier to do my shopping! I use the Scan & Go App every time. Simply log into your account on the app and scan items as you put them in your cart. When you are done shopping, count your items to make sure you scanned everything and checkout via the app. Don't stop at the cash register just go to the door and they do the rest. We save so much time!

Horrible customer service from manager Veronica, I have had to have a few encounter with this manager an she is far from good customer service sorry to see that someone like her is a representation to Sam’s club. I love shopping at Sam’s club and if I have to talk to a manager for any reason I just pray it’s not her because it’s not worth my time because with her the customer is never right.

They're very helpful here, good prices, not crowded. If it is, use Scan & Go! Love that option!

Avoid the Costco crowds! The tire center is as bad as it gets. But otherwise it's a welcome break from the Costco crowds. The line for gas is only 4 cars deep instead of 20 cars deep like at Costco! The bakery is superior to Costco. Far superior. Overall quality of the Members Mark brand doesn't feel up to par with Costco's Kirkland brand, though, especially when it comes to food items.

I love this club - the staff are fast, friendly, and get the job done. I got my windshield fixed here too - will use this service again for sure!

I love this Sam’s club. The prices and employees are great. I love the hours and now that they have a gas station I come here even more. I’m here once a week. Sometime I order ahead and have my car loaded for me or I go inside the store it all depends. I just love having options.

Was on hold for over 15 min for item availability just to find that no one was checking for item! Poor customer service

Went today and wasn’t happy with the kitchen staff in the sams fullerton location. Wasn’t the first time i had issues with the kitchen and they seem unhappy and in a shity mood most days. Wont be going back got a refund and ill be going back to costco. Seems like the bad mood some employees were in was trickling down to other employees. Bye bye sams

New at Sam's. Better prices than Costco on many items. Miss some items Costco has though.
I like this Sam's location. Fast checkout, good customer service.

Came only for the food today. I've got a growing boy and this is the best place for a growing boy to eat. $$$
