The lines were long. They are back to not having any paper towels and toilet paper. I was happy to get a full refund for some Mahi Mahi that I purchased and when I opened it, it smelled really bad. I didn't have the receipt and the cashier was able to look it up and put the $18 back on my card.
Great place to shop. Scan and go is great. Usually in and out in 20 minutes. Very clean and the pizza is great.
Sam's Club is always fun to shop. So many new items and great prices. Best time for us was between 11am and 2pm for less crowds.
Cleanest Sam’s Club around. Prices are a lot better then Costco. Scan and go app is very convenient. Even the gas pumps are app friendly. Scan the barcode on the pump and it is ready to pump.
Sams Club Online review: purchased a mattress, then waited 30 days with no delivery. Called them and they said manufacturer was behind. They bounced me between multiple representatives who really didn't know how to solve the situation.
Waited another 30 days. Called them, they bounced me between reps again, then one kind soul informed me they actually have no idea when the mattress would be ready as the manufacturer was backordered for months. Even he recommended I cancel/refund. So I did.
2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. Called back, rep bounced me over to the Sams Club/Serta hotline and I'm still on hold as the hold music from hell plays and the robo-rep encourages me to maybe call back later when they're less busy.
So that's 2 1/2 months they've had my money and not delivered the goods as promised. 10 weeks. I could have tossed that mattress money blindly into the stock market and made a couple hundred bucks instead of letting the Walton family float my funds.
Never ever again will I order from Sam's Club Online. Or even consider a membership for their warehouse goods. It's all in bulk and the individual means little. Especially service-wise.
Had to wait 20: 00 min.because I had a bottle of wine and couldn't go threw the self ck out line. They only had two lines open.
You can tell that the staff is underpaid and overworked. No one was happy to be there, I felt like I had just walked in on an awkward meeting that I wasn't supposed to be in, but I was simply just shopping for my family. I switched to Costco recently and what a difference. If I were to equate them both to a movie genre, Sam's Club is tear jerker horror film and Costco is a feel good romantic comedy for all ages.
I truly love this Sam's Club tire personal. I need a tire replacement ASAP and the guys their are very helpful. Thank U
Loved the place very much a kind Vietnamese boy named Kevin Huynh helped me find some toothpaste cause I was having trouble finding it. Such a sweet boy! Definitely deserves a raise:)
Love Sam's Club; however, they were EXTREMELY slow to adopt Curbside Pickup, and there implementation is shotty at best. You would think they would reach out to the app developers at Walmart and implement any lessons learned out the gate? !
Some issues that need to be addressed for a 5-Star rating:
1. Make it possible to modify, add to, or edit your order once it has been placed (see Walmart app for example)
2. Allow check-in when in route to the store so that the order will be ready when the customer arrives (see Walmart app for example). As of right now, we sit in our car for around 20 minutes before anyone even comes out to acknowledge us, and in some cases they come out to verify who we are (even though we have checked in at our spot?) and we have to then wait another 10 minutes for them to go back inside and grab our groceries.
For any/all fixes to the app, please download the Walmart app and place a few orders so you can see how easy and convenient curbside pickup should be. Still giving you 4-Stars for your efforts.keep up the good work!
We drove 60 miles to get a $350.00 item that our local store didn't have. Our store said Santa Clarita store had 6. We called while en route, they had 3. We asked to purchase it over the phone so it'd be there when we got there, but they wouldn't do it. Asked them to hold one for us, that we'd be there in 45 minutes - they wouldn't do that, either! Seems C. S.for a place that charges "members" for the "privilege" of shopping there. They can't show a little love for a "member" driving 60 miles to make a $350.00 purchase? Again: C. S!
No lines, fully stocked. Best of all - smiling cashiers, they were cheerful!

I love how easy it is to scan and go! Great prices and well stocked, not to mention how clean the store is.
Walk in and out of store is a plus for me. Store was clean and organized despite the pandemic that is going on.

I have been 50 minutes waiting to get help from a manager or supervisor 2 says there in lunch 3rd he went to get me my 2 phone and never come back the manager Gabriel when I told him I have been one hour in the middle of your store asking for help no one help he asked me to leave and have a nice day
Ordered at food court went to get iced tea they were out. I told the man behind the counter he gave me a blank stare and said "OK" 10 minutes later nothing had been done so I went to tell the manager. She was a 40 yr old brown hair woman and she was very rude. She told me to wait.she really didn't care about the problem. I had already waited but she just started walking away and said something on her walkie talkie and than sat down at a table and started talking to some man.she completely ignored me. Thats the kind of treatment a manager gives a customer? It was 10 minutes more before someone finally put in more iced tea. This Sams club just doesn't seem to care about customers.

The Store Manager of this Sam's in Particular is Amazing! She is very Customer Service oriented and leads by example. Sadly, our other 'neigborhood warehouse store, ' does Not even come close to make me feel like I do when I'm in Laura's Club. Anyway, there is a lot of remodeling going on as of late. I feel it is going to make the customer shopping experience much more pleasant And easier, across the board All in All Sam's Beats Costco in more ways than one. For starters, you have Wifi access here, unlike the Big C, where Not Only Customers are left high and dry, so are the Majority of the employees. In fact, only Management has access to the Wifi at the Warehouse on Via Princessa.
In addition, unlike the 'other warehouse, ' you can Scan your items (excluding alcohol and tobacco), and Go, right from your smart phone!
All in all, my experience at this Sam's Club has been Much Better than any experience at any other Warehouse Store.
Love the products and the price, but if you need to return any items be prepared for excessive wait times. Wish they had more employees at the member service desk. Fourty-five minutes is unacceptable to wait!
Love their scan & Go app.you can shop and scan items as you go and avoid the checkout line.it also keeps track of all your receipts! Best thing ever! You can only open it once inside the store for shopping.they scan your phone and you're off.
