Love using my scan n go. I get in and out. No lines lol except on the way out. Even at the fuel station it super fast vs cards.

123 charge
I was charge without my consent $20 for an upgrade. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before existing the store. I was waiting for a pizza when I realized I have a charge 123, so I ask one of the employees what was that he told me it was an upgrade. I was so MAD how can they do that without my consent. Thats NOT AN HONEST STORE. Please be ALERT!

If you have a Sam's membership, whether you come from abroad or not, I really liked this branch for the variety of products. Another aspect, there are 3 times that I visit the place and in those same three times the attention was very good, regardless of whether the staff (both in the cafeteria and in the cashier, gas station, sample stands and more) are busy or do not answer you in the better way with the proper indications.

This is not my first time here and I've had enough. I tried to calling customer service to express a concern about the staff's customer service, but there was no answer. So here it is.

I live in Riverside County and have family here in Bakersfield, so we visit often. However, today I had to say something.

I use the "Scan & Go" in the app every time and have 3 cards registered. I proceeded to the line to present what I thought was the barcode receipt to exit the store.

An employee by the name of Adelita brushed me away and told me to get out of line to go pay for my items. This has never happened to me before and I was clearly confused and asked, why? I was with my sister in law and just introduced the Scan & Go feature and this whole incident blew up in my face. I was so embarrassed. Adelita only said, "something's wrong with your card and you have to go over there to pay". I asked, what the purpose was of the Scan & Go, if I had to still get in line to pay. She responded and said, "I don't know, I think the system randomly picks. " She did not give me a clear explanation as to why I had to get out of the exit line to get in another line to pay. Her attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional.

I went to the exit desk and Daisy assisted me with completing my purchase. Same thing. Bad attitude.

The customer service I've experienced today made me feel not only confused and embarrassed, but unvalued. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've returned what I purchased to go to Costco and spend my money.

Customer service training is definitely needed to ensure every customer who enters the facility feels valued and have a positive experience.

Love the scan as you go app. Fruit and vegetables prices can't be beat. But other things are kinda hit or miss. The priority feels like snacks- and I definitely waste more than I should on snacks every time I go here. Wish they would get more eco-friendly k-pod brands. Employees have always been helpful and kind.
Basically- if you have something specific in mind, you might get disappointed but if you're looking for a pretty good deal you'll be golden.
Also-is a great spot for things like a Booster Club or kids camp would need. You could definitely stock a concession stand here.

Called several times to the food court to order a couple pizzas for fathers day 2023 no answer also no answer customer service desk tried in the past with dams results their losing money everytime they don't answer the phone very frustrated

The phone rang and rang for over three minutes and someone picked it up and disconnected the call. Not very good on customer service.

Great store. I love the scan n go app. Also they take ebt food stamps on the app! They price match also!

We used their online pickup for the first and last time! We had scheduled the 4-5 PM pickup, We did not get our ordered till 603 pm and we had to keep checking on it.
The parking for the Online order is being abused by individuals who park in the online parking while they do regularly shopping, preventing others being able to park for online pickup, same with the pharmacy pickup.

Worst place to deliver load. They dont respect drivers who bring load here. Dont shop here. Employees with bed attitude

Food from the bakery, deli, and cafe are all very bland. Some items like toilet paper and laundry detergent are way more expensive here compared to stores like Walmart and Target. I also don’t find myself going here for gas very often.

Arrived at Sam's Club as scheduled and texted in # for the pick-up order, only 1person bring out orders after waiting 1 hr and 15 mins and watching several other customers groceries being brought out first, very poor customer service, It has been the worse I have ever seen

If you start comparing properly, you'll find Sam's Club has a bigger selection to choose from and you get free shipping with no minimum purchase with a Plus membership compared to Cost Co. I had both memberships until recently and always choose Sam's Club for better selection. Sam's Club even offers Scan & Go, allowing you to skip the check out altogether. Most of their Member's Mark supplements are verified by third-party labs for quality whereas most supplement brands are not. Gas is about $0.70-$0.90 cheaper a gallon. After 6 gas fill-ups you can pay for your membership. You can save about $10-$20 a month on quality grain-free dog food. Generic prescription drugs are extremely cheap as well - although I don't think you need a membership to purchase prescriptions here. Tire & battery replacements are inexpensive and guaranteed. Unlike a tire or battery shop, you don't have to worry about staff who work on commission trying to cheat you. Curbside pickup is free with a Plus membership and many items can be shipped to your home. I highly recommend Sam's Club over Cost Co. Many products are cheaper at Sam's Club too compared to Cost Co.

Don't go to the cafe staff is extremely slow. They move with absolutely no sense of urgency. About 5 people in line and it took 30 mins to get a drink and 2 hotdogs that were already made. They need to fire those clowns

I ordered 3 pizzas. At sams Bakersfield At 1: 54pm. And they made me wait until 3: 30 pm. An employee named Cristian. What a bad service.

Always a good experience, just hard to get out under $200 because there are so many great deals. Dont forgot to get your pizza pretzel at the food court! So good!
