Sam's Club, Corona CA

They were giving people there frozen yogurt orders from the same window when we ordered frozen yogurt we waited long time for ower order and when we asked the employee about it she said go to the other window.when we went to the other window the employee in the other window was rude in the way she was talking to us when we gave her the receipt to get our order and we waited there more until

They do not treat all customers the same, it was our first visit to that store
And it was not good

I love this store. Only one complaint, the sushi quality went down, I know it is a different company, but still. Ingredients looked old, flavor was awful, the cucumbers used in the california roll were brown and the rice was horrible. They didnt even bother to cut through the rolls. Second time it happened. Never again.

I was in this store last night and the employees are all talking amongst each other while a line is building almost as they did not care. Only one checkout lane open and there was a guy keeping the line from moving that appeared to be an issue, and no one opened another lane, and we had to wait 30 minutes in line. The guy with the issue kept saying I can go to member services so I do not hold up the line and they kept telling him no. Also, the member services area was a mess. This store was completely disorganized and dirty. It was not what I was expecting to see with a Sams Club.

They no longer have Fresh Step in this store so I have to drive further to another one that does carry it.

I’m reviewing Sam’s Scan & Go app. I absolutely love it! You scan your items as you place in your court and when done use your stored payment info to pay. Skip the line and go to the exit. They scan your phone and you are good to go! Had my first experience with a return on my phone and it was easy to. There are a few items you can’t use Scan & Go-Alcohol, Tobacco, some cold meds, and items that are kept in the cages, but all other items can be done. Wall Mart now has Scan & Go too and I’m looking forward to skipping WM’s lines!

I've been a client with Sams Club for a long time. I'm giving a one star because the store should do a better quality check of the produce they sell. Today I found a big bug in the Taylor Farms Baby Spinach ready to eat packet. We shook the box and there were others in there. Please be careful with this product.

Sams club fires everybody. No 2 week notice. Just get out stop buying from these luciferian pedophiles. If you work at sams club get out before you find yourself standing outside your work one morning and they just locked the doors and apparently they called you that morning to say you're fired and the store is closed now.

Used the Scan & Go APP. It makes it so easy to shop and until January 31st you earn 3% cash back on Scan and Go purchases.

This Sam's Club is nestled off the Ontario exit off the 15FWY in Corona, California. It's clean and well organized with a friendly staff.

The cafe has very long lines and minimal staff. They usually only have one of the 3 registers open, and they will only have two or three employees in the front. Lines are usually 15-20 minutes. It's insane. How can management continue to get away with such terrible mismanagement and creating such a terrible experience for customers? As far as the store, prices continue to rise and everything is over priced.

Came all the way from rialto, to purchase a phone and glad I did. San Bernardino store told me bad info. Rancho Cucamonga store had their own rules. Chanced my luck at the corona store and met Eric an he had me done walking out with my new phone in about 30 mins. Thank you corona Sam's club.

I am 76 years old and have had major back surgery. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to stand in line to check out. I love the convenience and speed especially in this heat. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

I got a charge from SAMSCLUB in Corona CA for $229.85 and another charge for $40.94 I live in Utah I've never been to this place how dose this happen? Not happy! I think there is some fraud going on, it may not be Sams-clubs fault but I sure hate this area.

Great store that has room for improvement with the upkeep and readiness throughout the afternoon and evening.

Always well stocked. Great for quick lunch bite or treat. Produce and meat always fresh. Great savings for families and businesses.

I like going to Sam's Club. It doesn't always have the best prices but I found some pretty good deals here

It's close, pieces are good, quantity is BIG. The oven roasted chicken is very good and a good price.

We just signed up for a membership today. It was a great experience! Eric went out of his way to help us and explain the options. Even though there were some technical hiccups that caused the process to take longer he kept smiling, stayed organized and kept us in a good mood! Thanks!

Used Sam's Club Scan and Go app for the second time and it makes shopping so fast and simple. Customer service was pretty good.
