Sam's Club, Roseville CA

Door person violating the health mandate (cdc guideline).
Forcing people to wear a mask that has health issues ie breathing issues that the guideline clearly states is exempt.

If they don't wear the mask they are not allowed in.

So I would like to know if these door people have a valid medical license.

Employees are great at the check out stand. Decent prices. The employees on the floor are rude and not helpful. Rude is putting it mildly. The produce quality is less than satisfying.

No doubt its a great spot to shop but. Customer service way so lousy, they are not happy serving club members. I have trouble on my membership because of my email, they treat me bad they have no idea, what a great start, seriously!

Excellent shopping experience every time. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff are very helpful and friendly. IMHO best part of this company is the speedy check out times. Been a loyal customer for many years.

Good deals. Not good bathrooms. Kind of gross. Got my shopping done and went somewhere else for bathroom.

As always, lots of selections. Prices are very good! Like their pharmacy items. In and out quickly. Check out is a breeze.

I love getting gas at sams club! The prices are always super low. The one bummer is that you can only pull in to the pump the one way.

Was in the self-scan line was not able to use my EBT card had to go to the cashier line in order to use it.

The best place to buy things in bulk. The Members mark brand is actually pretty good. The fruit and vegetables are usually very fresh and you can find basically everything here.

The cart runner that helped me out was so sweet. Didnt get his name: (shorter maybe spanish black glasses. Also the gentleman at the door. Great job sams club.

Well organized store, been going there for business as well as personal needs.worth getting the membership.

Clean, bright, organized, employees were helpful. Kenneth, at the check out register, scanned our items in the cart which saved us from lifting them out onto the counter for scanning. Thank you!

It took me 30 minutes to pick up an online order. I could have done my own shopping in less time. The layout confuses me - only been in 3 times. The only plus is shorter lines.
*Update - I've figured out the layout. I'll shop here over Costco only because it's less crowded.

By far the worst customer service by staff & management. Everyone seems to be annoyed when asked for help. I’ve given the Roseville location 3 chances to get it together. I’ll give the Sacramento area my business and shop preferably at Costco.

Not nearly as busy as COSTCO, but the items are similar. The pharmacy is awesome. You can actually do a in and out.

Clean and we'll organized! The selection is decent and most name brands are represented while also having the same items available in Sam's club brand "Members mark".

Belong to both Costco and SAM$. Shop at Sams 90%because of the parking and shorter lines. Products are similar. Great experiences!

Great to fill up for cheap gas and not wait at the super long lines at costco.look costco has nicer stuff 80% of the time i go to both and usually costco is a bit cheaper.but this place is always empty so are the lines.if i need a few items in a hurry and don't want to be stuck 1 hour at costco this is a hidden roseville secret.

Love the self check out, but they need more than 1 person checking your receipts. I was 12th in line!

Great products fast check out. Nice people working there. The customers are not aloof, snobby as the major competitor are.
