Pretty good environment. Seams like there are less sample carts, but that's just me. Not the reason why I went there. Still a good place to go.

Very Slow Service in the Pizza area, the wait for 1 pizza is more than 40 minutes, it is too stressful

I would put zero stars but sadly there is no option for that. Highly disappointed with the quality of the pepperoni pizza. There's only like 3 pepperonis on it however before the pizza would be fully covered as it should. It doesn't look appetizing at all. I believe the girl named Citlally with glasses was making the pizzas. She needs to be trained on how to make pizzas look good because the way she makes them, no one would want to eat it. I am honestly going to get rid of my membership because I'm constantly having problems at this club.

I sort of feel bad for the employees. They do their best, but they're saddled with clueless managers. It's just a complete amateur show compared to Costco's food court. They are always out of the simplest things and never as fully staffed as they need to be.

This place always has half as many employees as they need. C'mon Sam's, spend for some more workers. We're paying to shop there, so stop being stingy on personnel.

Literally, the wait time and by the time you finally get to the counter to order.they don't have it! COSTCO is so much more organized and efficient
