Sams Pizza, Palmdale CA

This evening we were in search of some tasty Pizza, which is hard to find in this Valley. We have tried, Amore's, Pizza Hut, Gezziny's, Big Als, and Dominos, and after reading the reviews of this place, we finally managed to make it here and see for ourselves what they had to offer. Upon entering this small hole in the wall place, we noticed that there were only two small tables and 4 chairs available and by small tables our Pizza would surely not fit on the tables and if so, no room for anything else. We decided upon a X-Large Pizza with Peperoni on one half and the rest of the Pizza to include Tomatoes, Olives, Mushrooms, Canadian Bacon and Sausage. We also ordered a large Antipasto Salad. The first surprise was that they had no cheese powder to offer customers, they did have crushed red peppers, but not cheese powder. The even bigger surprise was after leaving with our food, we found out that the Antipasto had NO CHEESE, NO MEAT in it (see photo below), and not even any Italian dressing on it, or even offered to us. I thought this cannot be right, and as luck would have it, one of their delivery guys was about to leave and I showed him the Antipasto and he confirmed that they usually have the meat and cheese in it. I was told that they had a new person and possibly that is why it was made as it was. The saving grace here was the Pizza, it was as many customers have commented, great, delicious, hot melting cheese, the sausage actually had fantastic flavor, and overall this is the reason for 4 stars, which would have been a 5 star had they prepared our salad which is critical to great tasting meal when prepared properly, and this I blame on the man in charge, for if he had supervised properly, this Antipasto would have been prepared correctly and not had me pay more for nothing more then a regular salad. And if anyone is wondering, yeah we will most assuredly return when the urge for Pizza strikes, but this time checking what we are getting before walking out the door.

Apparently, when I was getting the best pizza known to the whole restaurant and in the town of LA (which was a supreme pizza), a big (probably about 6,4 in height) talking dog in some pretty formidably fashionable clothing greeted me, I had a nice time talking to him on table 3, we had a good time talking about several things, and it seems that his name was Sam. (he could probably be the owner of this restaurant, who knows) he gifted me a plush of a weird looking rabbit and he said his very polite (although a bit of a rushed attitude) farewell afterwards. He's actually a pretty nice guy, made me pretty comfortable with purchasing and eating pizza here, and I would definitely eat here more often. All-in-all, the pizza was good me and Sam. And besides that, it was a great experience at the place overall.

Just moved from L. A.to W. Palmdale and our Family are pizza lovers. Wanted to support local business.party of 9 poolside. Let's just say all we all loved it! We'll be ordering from there again as long is the food quality doesn't change.

Very good, Pepperoni and Sausage is what I had on this visit. Nicely priced lunch special, personal size pizza and a can soda UNDER $7. You should try it.

Since we moved to West Palmdale everything has been an adjustment. We were lucky to have Sam's as our neighborhood pizza place. This is a true small business with a home taste. We have had pizzas and chicken wings, without failure the taste is amazing. Not like the adverage main chain pizzas with tons of processed ingredients. We love the fact that Sam's can provide great service and each delivery has been professional as well. I invite you to try Sam's Pizza and support local businesses. This is one business I know I can refer and will meet up to the hipe.

Just ok pizza.average. Along the lines of Pizza-Hut, but not as salty or greasy.hence a little bland.
Pizzas ordered: pepperoni/mushroom, pepperoni/sausage, and an Hawaiian pizza.
The decor of the inside is as plain as possible, nothing sends a clue as to what is being prepared behind the counter, until you read the menu board. Looks more like a dry cleaning business, only duller than that.
A dry cleaner would have at least some decor, a picture on the wall or something to brighten up place and give some indication to what the business is.

Wow stopped by to try the Sams Supreme with jalapeño on a thin crust. And it was one of the most beautiful delicious pizzas I’ve had. Great customer service as well. A must try if in the area.

Called in for delivery. Ive ordered once before from this place but this time the guy said he didnt deliver to my area. He didn't even pay attention to my address. When I repated my address he didnt listen. I don't know what it was but that was terrible service and I will never order from here again.

Honestly I usually like buying pizza from here but not from tonight. Today it tasted soo salty like they put way to much salt. I had to drink a lot of water just by eating one slice. I doubt I will be buying from here again.

I’ve lived in the AV for many years and I just tried Sams Pizza here in Palmdale. I have to say that it was exceptionally delicious. But not only just the pizza but the antipasto salad I also ordered was marvelous. The staff was courteous, helpful and quick on getting me home to eat. I am telling you don’t go anywhere else!

Since I ordered from Sam's pizza four years ago, we never ever ordered pizza from anywhere else. Excellent pizza, breadsticks etc.

This place has been here for years. I've never tried it even though I've lived here for my whole life.but all I can say is that this place has amazing quality of pizza. I normally go to little Caesars because of their cheap pizzas but it does feel good to have a quality pizza time to time

Best pizza in Palmdale. The supreme and meat lovers recipes are fabulous, and the crust is buttery and balanced. Their customer service is fantastic - our delivery driver almost forgot to bring our sodas but returned with them immediately and was super nice. Highly recommend! ️

I've been wanting to try Sam's for a while and finally got to today. It's a little odd they don't have a website to order and that you have to call in your order. But the person who answered was friendly. I picked it up and it was ready when they said it would be. Prices are very reasonable.

I got a pepperoni pizza and a personal antipasto. The salad was delish! Lots of cheese, onions, pepperoncini, olives, with salad on the bottom. It's great with the Italian dressing. The pizza was excellent! It had a perfect amount of sauce, enough pepperoni and wasn't greasy al all. I'm really picky when it comes to pizza. There are a lot of pizza places out here and I only like a few. This place is one of my new favorites!

Excellent pizza! The crust is delicious, and the toppings are very fresh. The service was quick, efficient, and very friendly. I will definitely return.
