Sam is great.
He answered the phone the first time I called made an appointment right then.
The day of the appointment he texted me that morning to confirm and again a half an hour before he came out.
Was on time and diagnosed the problem with the dryer right away.
It was a relatively easy fix and charged me a very fair price.
Do not hesitate calling him as I will again if the need arises.
