This company is a big scam with small companies. Never get service from this company. Never sign with them there’ll I get service for 2 year they charge me for 3 years. Biggest garbage company in the world. Now there bad days start.

Quite frankly I am shocked that this company is still in business, given the lack of customer service and discoordination amongst the sales and accounting staff. How this company continues to raise funding is beyond me. From a consumer standpoint, steer clear of this company. Once you buy their camera/gateway setup you are locked in for minimum a year. Your sales rep will try to push you into a multi-year contract. Don't be fooled, once you sign up, customer service will not respond to your emails in a timely fashion, or at all. I emailed our sales rep Aaron Bozorg a dozen times with several questions and concerns about our account and he did not have the courtesy to respond to any of them.

Run and hide! If you are considering getting cameras here, don't! The cameras are not horrible but the customer service is. In February we were contacted about renewing our contract for 3 more years. I let them know that we would not be renewing and confirmed via email that the cameras would not work starting on March 1st and we would not be charged going forward. I still have the email. My renewal salesperson and her boss which was cc'd confirmed that would be the case. At that point, we disconnected the cameras since the contract was up. The problem was the contract was not up. We were billed on March 1st. When I reached out to the same folks that stated again that the contract was in fact up and they would work on a refund. In April, the bill was pulled again and again in May. There were 47 emails exchanged and each time they stated that it was a mistake and they were looking into it and we would be made whole. The problem they stated was they weren't able to in contact with the billing department because I financed my purchase through a third party vendor. I hadn't! We were sent a bill monthly and it was pulled directly from our account for simplicity. After months of frustration I finally spoke to someone who apparently could clarify the issue and magically see both sides of the sales and billing and he apologized for the inconvenience and he was going to work on getting me a refund for the full 3 months worth of payments. 2 weeks later I got an email from a different team with their manager cc'd confirming that I was in fact rewarded a refund and apologized for the confusion but she couldn't confirm the amount of the refund or the timing of the refund. I waited 2 weeks to follow up and then I was sent paperwork for an amount that was unexpected. The only problem was that the paperwork that was given to me with the refund was for a completely different customer and not me. When I asked what the customer did to qualify for a refund that I didn't do no one would respond. In the beginning of July after having the cameras disconnected for 4 months I received and explanation from the original 2 ladies that sent me the emails in February stating that the cameras would not work after March 1st, that my original contract was actually through May 31st not February 31st and I was billed properly. The error was due to the fact that they did not ship the cameras right away after the contract was signed and we were given a 60 day trial in the beginning. I had pulled the cameras on March 1st because I was told to and everyone at the company told me that the extra payments were a mistake. I was told I am not getting a refund, but I also didn't get to use the cameras for the final 3 months because I believed the folks at Samsara to actually know what they were talking about. Never again! Sorry for the long rant, but this was simply the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I hope anyone that reads this heeds my warning. Run and hide! Also, please do not send me a response stating that you apologize for the confusion and someone will look into it. I held off for 4 months typing this response hoping that someone would actually realize their error and correct it and no one has but they keep cc'ing their bosses who do not help. Stay away. There are other companies out there that sell cameras. Hopefully their customer service exists. Samsara's does not.

We have been using them since 2018, the customer support doesn't exist. They do call when they need to sell items and are only responsive when you want to buy my devices. We moved to another provider and I highly recommend to not work with Samsara

Very disappointment with the way they handle business. I have my office signed on new equipment for 8 vehicles and got proposal from sales department.
The following day sales person say that his boss will not approve rate and complete induration / not returning call bad customer service from this point.

Just bad business!

PLEASE STAY AWAY! HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL NOONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR PRODUCT THAT I HAVENT BEEN USING FOR 3 YEARS AND DO NOT HELP US CANCEL IT. IN ORDER TO CANCEL YOU NEED TO PAY 3000 THEY RENEW WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND HAVE A FEE OF 3800. THEY NEVER HAVE A MANGER THAT CAN HELP YOU I FEEL THEY USE A CALL CENTER THEY SAID EVERYONE IS GONNA TELL YOU THE SAME SO WHY DO YOU NEED A MANAGER!

Be careful with this company their product never worked we did call customer support and nothing happened their service never worked and they keep charging
Any other eld is better that this company

From the sketchy business concept to the horrible customer service to over charging after customers leave. If you made it to these reviews, run. Look elsewhere.
