Horrible customer service if you purchase through their online store. Bought a tv with wall mount that can't be used and doesn't fit the tv. Trying to return it is like pulling teeth and it's expensive! The customer service is outside the US and doesn't seem to know anything. All I need is a return label for this little box and can get nowhere. And the return window is very limited. I can say we won't buy anything else from Samsung.

Returned a $1000 S23 and still waiting for my refund after a month. Customer service is non-existant.

I bought a Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot. It only lasted 1 year before the smell was overwhelming, and sticking to my clothes. The dry also failed, as it would vibrate the whole house when drying. I have had to take them both about and clean them about every 3 months. When I spoke with Samsung, I was told they would help with parts, but would not ship them to me to install. They will only ship parts to their repair guy, and they will not cover labor. Which would be about $500.
I can do the work myself, but Samsung is not ok with that.
Long story short, be careful when purchasing a Samsung washer and dryer, as the company doesn’t stand behind there products!
The pictures are of the washer under the drum. Black mold builds up, and the only way to clean it is to remove it and pressure wash it. It’s a very poor design!

Here I go AGAIN, with my blind loyalty! So after the issue with my refrigerator. I bought a stove oven combo. Well, I got burned pun intended. I opened the oven door to remove my food, and as I reached in to grab the dish, the oven door smacked my forearm, gifting me with a 2nd degree burn. I am done with Samsung. I am filing for a divorce!

If I could rip out these appliances (dishwasher range, microwave, and refrigerator) and replace them I would. I submitted a dispute to have the warranty date corrected. Two appliance warranties were updated to 2 years after order, one appliance warranty was updated to two years after installation, and the response for the other appliance was that I did not submit sufficient information. I called and was told that none of those answers were correct and that it was 2 years after delivery. I was told the warranties were updated, but I would ne see it reflected on my Samsung product page. Another representative said it would update in a few hours. A day later, it was not updated and I called again only to be told its 2 years after date of purchase, then spoke to a supervisor who said 2 years after delivery but he couldn't fix it. He said he would get warranty staff on the line. I got disconnected. Despite the representative taking my number in case we were disconnected, he did not call me back. I've spent 4-5 hours on this mess.

So I placed an order for a new dishwasher last year (2022) and was told that it would be shipped in February 2023. I attempted to cancel the order twice and was told by a service representative that they were unable to help me and the only way to resolve this was to refuse delivery. I was a bit confused but agreed to this.

Fast forward to February and I received a call from the shipping service that they were going to deliver the dishwasher. I explained to the person on the phone my predicament and refused to accept delivery. This was noted and no delivery was made.

I then received a bill from Samsung Finance for the dishwasher that was never delivered. I reached out to Samsung customer service and they said they would look into it. I have yet to receive a reply to my inquiry and have also sent multiple emails about the billing and what was being done about it. Each time I receive the same answer:
-
Greetings from Samsung!

Our sincere apologies that this is taking longer than expected. Please rest assured that a continuous follow up is being sent to the concerned team and we will keep you posted once an update is received.
-
So basically I am paying for a dishwasher that I never received and their customer service is replying to inquiries with a form letter. Although I hate placing these type of reviews online I feel that this is one that I must do to warm other consumers.

I love Samsung products, and never had an issue.
Here's what your vendor, Walmart did.
I've blanketed this, and will continue until everyone opens a box before they leave the store.
NEVER leave a Walmart before making sure you got what they changed you for!
This points the finger at Lake Elsinore California's Walmart management.

Friday when moving my 4K monitor I severed the VGA cable.
• I wouldn’t have enough time to get to Best Buy before they closed. I knew Walmart had cables, so I headed there- 8: 10pm
• 8: 30pm I was in the electronic section at Walmart, where all the rows of VGA cables were empty.
• I had the Walmart worker look for anywhere else they might be. None at all.
• I had an editing project that needed a 4K monitor for, so since they didn’t have cable I googled on my phone, “Best TV to use as computer monitor. ” Samsung came up.
• So, I found a Samsung on an aisle display, 4K with fast processor, 40”. I asked the “new person” behind the counter in electronics how he felt about this TV and what I needed it for.
• He looked at the specs and said that it should work just fine.
• I asked about a piece of tape at the top of the box, and if this was a return, but he assured me that this kind of tape was used by Samsung, and it wasn’t returned.
• He told me I should take it to the front counter to pay, as there was somebody waiting so I did.
• I paid and left, but this took over an hour.
 When I got back to office, I took it out of box, cleared a bigger spot on the desk and set it there.
 I was tired and I went to bed.
 Got up at 5: 30am to finish the project.
 Hooked up the HDMI and plugged in.
 See the picture- the sub screen was cracked.
 Called Walmart and asked for Mgr. - Finally hung up when on hold for 45 minutes.
• Nicolai Billy, a good friend and a renown Impressionist Artist (whose work hangs in Lake Elsinore City Hall and in a US President's library) had wanted to go for coffee, but we went to Walmart instead.
• I didn’t seal the box as then I could show the problem.
• I told them what the problem was, but surprisingly before that was addressed, they checked the serial number to see if it matched the box. (almost like they knew was coming next)
• BINGO, it did not.
• So, the customer service rep (and use that term almost as a joke) said, “we can’t return this, this is not the one we sold you. ”
• Nicolai looked at my RED face and said, Craig, let me talk with them.
• I said, I want to see the manager.
• The 1st manager arrived, pulled something off computer, and said, this is not the one we sold you.
• At that point I walked away and Nicolai, who knows who I am, inside and out, took over.
• They stood their ground.
• I said, “I want the tape pulled”, and then Mgr. #2 arrived.
• I told him “in detail” everything he would see, including when I questioned the box being opened.
• He was gone for about 20 minutes, and upon returning he concurred that everything I said was true.
• Mgr. #3 arrived, apparently the actual store manager.
• She, in the most degrading way, called me a liar and said I needed to take “my” TV and leave the premises, or I’ll have security escort you out.
• I said, “I’ll do better than that”, and I called 911.
• I told the security officer, and I say that biting my tongue also, “I am not leaving until the police arrive”, AND I DIDN’T.
• They knew as well as I did what the police would say, “this is a matter for small claims”, which they did. But I wanted an incident report with number, which I got.
So, I have a $320.00 broken TV compliments of the Lake Elsinore Walmart Management.

Samsung until that day I recommended it but since they didn't give me the guarantee of the refrigerator that I bought from them, now I don't recommend it, I lost my food, my refrigerator and my money
