7The office staff is efficient and friendly. I think very highly of Dr. Kieley and am fortunate to have him as my urologist.
On time, direct, to the point, not demanding, good bedside manner, and congenial.
My husband has a twin and the office staff mixed them up. Not very professional and not in keeping with HIPA
Dr. Kieley is thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. He approaches a problem with the goal of achieving the best outcome for his patients.
The staff and doctors are very kind and considerate. Dr. Kieley answers any questions I have. I like that he is direct and tells you exactly what is going on so the doctor and I can come up with a treatment plan, if one is needed. I also like the fact that he is younger than me so hopefully I won't have to find a new doctor to treat me!
Dr. Kieley is on top of his profession.
He was very informative on my case and even recommended a book on prostate cancer so I could better educate myself. Highly recommend this doctor. You are in great hands/care!
