Don't know what happened to this place it was doing so good, and now it completely went down the drain.the wait times are so long and a waste of time, it's ridiculous! What are all these lazy office people doing in there.seriously! New efficiency working staff is needed ASAP I've been here for 45 min already and it looks like im gonna be spending the night here.it's that bad

Make the call machine developmentally/intellectually disabled friendly please, to much information can overload our brain and we will space out with to much information being thrown at us.

Also the machine gets confusing navigating through.

I visited to father information and it was well knowledgeable. Thank you for answering all my questions with a great attitude.

“We have met the maximum number of callers currently in que. Please call again later. ” When am I supposed to call then? ! I can never get in touch with them over the phone and I don’t have time to go in person.

I been waiting for a call since 2 weeks and nothing regarding my food stamps not even a supervisor I think they might be stealing my benefits this is wrong

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED …. NEVER RECEIVED MY BACK PAY FOR CHILD CARE AND THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE…. IM GONNA REPORT THEM TO THE LABOR BOARD AGAIN FOR THE 3 time …THIS LOCATION IS RIDICULOUS

I’m trying to report my P-EBT card stolen but when I call the number given on the website it gives me options I don’t need. I called customer service & it tried reported my regular EBT card & I almost ended up canceling the wrong card. So if y’all would kindly make an option on your menu to report a stolen card easier then having to have options that has nothing to do with this kinds of situation would be nice. I put my phone number in to login as asked and it still asked for my voice password when I don’t even have one. I have no car or gas money to get to the office so this is a very big inconvenience for people in my situation. You people are supposed to be helping those who need it. Not make life even more difficult than it already is. I’m disabled and can’t afford a lawyer for disability since I keep getting denied. This is literally the only option I have to survive. I already send in my medical papers every six months so you people know my issues. Please put in the various of menus you have on the phone to report a card stolen or missing so it doesn’t take until whoever stole my card to use all my sons benefits thank you!
