Andriece sampson unkind doctor spent 60 seconds with me.do not go here if you want to be helped.the director johnny was kind but
everyone is a robot here.if you want your health adress, do not go here they don’t care about anyone and they just see you like a number. I have been going here for over 10 years and they constantly Influx and doctors and they called the registered nurses doctors even when they are just registered nurses they think people don’t know better and we do.this place should be evaluated. I don’t know why people go into service positions to help others, and then treat them unkindly. DO NOT GO HERE

I am not going to name the doctor, but she is refusing to refill my anti-depressant prescription and now I have to wait another week past when it was suppose to be refilled just to have a televisit to ask why and or then get it refilled. WHO DOES THAT? ! Obviously I can not just quit this medicine cold turkey. This place is trash and unfortunately I will be looking for a new doctor. Also I must add I'm sure their excuse is going to be that my old doctor left and she needs to reevaluate me, BUT she refilled it my last visit and she has had a week to communicate that to the front desk as I have been calling for a week now.

They do not take you and your health seriously.
Im been waiting for my referral for 1 month and 2 weeks, and nobody can help, no body give me answer, always is the same “we are working ASAP on you referral “

Dental assistant Suzie was amazing. She knows her stuff and how to offer the correct advice. She really values her profession and craft. Hope to see her on all my visits.

The head RN nurse named Jennifer has the most disgusting attitude toward patients. I’ve been there 7 years and never in my life have I ever been treated that way. I have an ongoing cervical spine issue and am waiting for my referral to neuro to go through. I have denied pain Managment in the past because I can’t stand taking pain meds. I usually have Katy perry as my burr practitioner. And she is absolutely wonderful. But she is on maternity leave. Every so often maybe 2 times a year my neck completely locks up and I have to call her to get a day of relief while I recover. I have been diagnosed through x rays of neck abnormalities and Katy is aware of this. But I called today and spoke to this Jennifer creep. She told me there was nothing wrong with me and accused me of seeking drugs. She refused to give me her last name and also hung up on me when I asked her to research my file to see the c rays and diagnosis. She is a nasty human being and should not be working there. I will be filing a lawsuit because knowing the severity of my spinal problems and her completely ignoring is is pure negligence. I told her I wasn’t upset if she could help me with my pain I was upset because she kept accusing me and telling me there was nothing wrong with me when it’s clearly on file! She needs to go. And I will make sure with every fiber of my being that she is no longer there after that episode! She is the reason healthcare is so messed up. Control freak! Not there for solutions! There fir a power trip

They do not take you and your health seriously. I went in for a referral for Health & women's services because I am pregnant, as well as a referral to see a neurologist on March 16th. I have an autoimmune disease that automatically makes my pregnancy high risk. They did not submit the referral to the insurance for two weeks which it should have been done within 72 hours. After two weeks of wondering why my referral was not pushed through, come to find out from the referred clinic and insurance that the coordinator and nurse practitioner did not submit a referral for prental care at all with the proper codes. Which is why it was never received at the women's health clinic. My high risk pregnancy and my baby has not been taken seriously after hours of phone calls. I still do not have an appointment to see a doctor for my pregnancy. I also have an ear infection that I had an appointment with the doctor for, almost two weeks ago and explained that I needed my referral asap and have an infection that made worse with the ear drops I was given. I can not hear out of my ear, and I am almost 9 weeks pregnant. Awful care all around the board.

Edit* Still do not have appointments made for neurology or prenatal care because of their delay with my referrals 4/15/23

My girlfriend is awaiting a referral that requires a 72 hour turnaround. In the last MONTH your "coordinator" has:
1) been rude and disrespectful to both of us when asking about the referral status
2) faxed sensitive medical information to someone because they used the wrong fax number so where that HIPPA info went is a great question.
3) repeatedly stated they'd call back and failed to do so.

There is an absolutely disgusting woman who occasionally takes appointment calls. Vile is a nice word to describe this unfortunate sorry of a being. Definitely thought she could go into healthcare because there is nothing else she’s remotely competent at. Yet she’s nowhere intelligent enough for med school so she opted for a low pay grade office position and spends her days power tripping people on Medicaid. She really is no less disgusting and bitter than the day old vomit I saw in the bathroom.
