My doctor sent this place a referral. Haven’t been able to schedule me an appointment for over a month already. Called and a lady on the phone at the mission location answered on 9/11/23 12: 18pm. I tried to explain my situation and she instantly gave me attitude claiming that they are just a number where they take messages. She then was raising her voice at me asking if I wanted to leave a message and I said I’ve left a message in the past and still no call back. She then started yelling at me stating that she’s not at the office and they are only a recorder office etc. I asked her to listen to my situation because she was constantly interrupting me and she then hung up on me. I called back and she continued to yell and be very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to be seen soon or have your questions answered.

I had the worst experience with the staff and didn’t even get to set an appointment. The Staff member was rude and screamed on the phone. She proceeded to click on me and would refuse to give me her name. They don’t call you back no matter how many voicemails you leave and they only take messages if you happen to get them in a call. Absolutely had me going in endless circles just to get no where.do not recommend this location

If I could I would give no stars. I took off work today with no pay for an appointment herewith Dr K. I arrived and was told the doctor is on vacation and we called you on June 8 and left a message. Why would I skip work with no pay and drive all the way there to be told the doctor is on vacation. Then the assistant says oh and we are no longer taking your insurance after July 1 and we don't have anymore appointment until after then so you are done here. A few months earlier I came to see Dr. P at this facility and he was very rude to me and said that he does not take my insurance anymore and referred me to Dr. K and said he quit taking my insurance two months prior. But no one bothered to call me and let me know that he didn't take the insurance.

It is my opinion and experience the worst service. I receive a phone call 06/08/23 that the doctor would not be in the office and I need to reschedule my appointment. I called on 06/09/23 and I was told they don't have any appointments until September 2023. I have to have blood work that needs to be monitored to see the effects of a specialty medication that I am on. September is too long to wait. This is the 2nd time this has happened where the office cancelled my appointment, and it took 3 months to be seen. My appointment before was cancelled in November 2022 and I was not seen until March 2023. These are a few of the issues I had with this clinic including the front desk making errors and not getting call backs when I leave messages. It is my opinion that I have lost faith in this medical clinic ability to help me.

Not the best. Staff are friendly but unorganized. Appointments are made for at least a month or two out and they don’t return voicemails so it’s almost a game trying to reach them. Doctors do listen to your concerns and are thorough in examination though which make up for it. I wouldn’t say it’s a horrible experience but definitely need to work on professionalism and efficiency.
