1My doctor sent this place a referral. Haven’t been able to schedule me an appointment for over a month already. Called and a lady on the phone at the mission location answered on 9/11/23 12: 18pm. I tried to explain my situation and she instantly gave me attitude claiming that they are just a number where they take messages. She then was raising her voice at me asking if I wanted to leave a message and I said I’ve left a message in the past and still no call back. She then started yelling at me stating that she’s not at the office and they are only a recorder office etc. I asked her to listen to my situation because she was constantly interrupting me and she then hung up on me. I called back and she continued to yell and be very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to be seen soon or have your questions answered.
