Didn't expect a fall. We were driving to find a trail near the lake. Probably took 15 minutes to reach all the way in, but it was worth it. Kids played with snow and took some really good pictures. In summer I'd be really nice to hike and spend time.near the beach.

Needed carpet stretching service. These folks were on time and did an awesome job. Totally satisfied and would recommend highly for folks needing their type of work.

Jeff was very professional and very quick to respond when we needed our carpet stretched. He and his guy showed up when they said they were, came in and took a visual inspection of all the work I needed, reconfirmed the quote and got right to work. He even fixed an old patch that was starting to come up as well! They were done quickly, cleaned up after themselves (crazy to think that not every company does), and very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone that needs any sort of carpet repair.

Jeff tacked down the carpet in the doorways where I had installed stone floors. He was professional, and did a nice job.

I needed carpet repair and had a fairly short window of time before the room was needed for guests. I was referred to Jeff by one of his competitors who couldn't do the repair in time. Jeff scheduled the repair for just a couple of days later and was virtually the same price as the original quote from the first company.
Jerry and Andy showed up on time. (texted to say they were on their way too) and completed the repair quickly and did beautiful work.

My renters cleaned our bedroom carpet with way tooooooo much water and the carpet had 4 places that needed to be stretched. In the landing, the bedroom itself and the closet. Jeff and his team FIXED IT! We are so glad. The carpet was only 3 years old and is decent quality it didn't need to be replaced. Not pushy, easy to keep in touch with, fulfilled their promise, accomplished on time if not earlier.

Customer service was excellent, punctual, friendly and courteous. I would have given a 5 star rating however, I was not satisfied with the high price. I had a small piece of carpet (3” x 3”) that needed to be replaced and unfortunately the minimum cost was $175. For what was required, I felt this was very expensive and not equivalent to the small amount of labor required.

Jeff did a great job repairing our carpet where our cat had scratched under the door and did a great job cleaning the carpet and for a great price
