San Diego County HHSA South Region (Chula Vista)

Today was the second time that an employee of this office keeps a form of identification, previously my driver's license. I have no success story about this place.

Office staff was extremely rude to me and talked negatively about me IN FRONT OF ME - someone even pointed at me and said they “don’t serve people like me”. Wildly unfair to assume I would be there if I could afford to go somewhere else. The 1 star is for the medical professionals who treated me with basic respect.

Have previously come here for the Pfizer vaccine. Very organized, staff is friendly and professional, and with an appointment everything is smooth and easy.
Might come back for a flu shot and immunizations, I don't know. But I surely know this place is very good and efficient.

Disorganized. Slow and poor service. The staff gives bad directions. Lady checking people in was unusually aggressive and shouldn't be working with people or general public. The person in line in front of was frustrated with her too. Very bad and frustrating place to visit.

Good afternoon members of the county and officials of our people. I am here today to tell you that the work that could come out of these doors, could be very helpful to those families that are in need of assistance. Sometimes things may not go like how we want them to go but there are people tend to want more out of things but are never satisfied. But for that work behind the desk and those that work on the floor, your work is well appreciated in the eyes of many. So we thank you and value what you do for the families that need a helping hand.

Great place for resources for anyone that wants to apply. Most things are online, but this place has helpful people there.

What's the point of making an appointment to get vaccinated if they're going to make you wait for hours outside? The appointment line is 6 times as long as the other one and since you have an appointment they make you wait. So useless.

I got my first and second shot at this facility, is well organized and the staff is well prepared highly recommended

Today I'm writing in regards to those that work in the department of helping those on need. It is very important that our people and families be help in any way they can during these times. I know that there are times when we feel like thing tend to get hard. But I'm here to tell u that there is someone well aware of what you need and what your family need. For those that work hard in trying to help those that are in need, your work is we appreciate and it's over looked in the eyes of many. Thak you for all that you do

So far, the best agency that I have been to in san diego county. Very clean, very organized. The employees are very helpfull specialy in this epidemic time of the COV-19. Before I went to this agency, I went to 12TH and imperial agency, the employees there are clueless, desorganized and rude.that agency is a big mess? ! Maybe they should learn from this chula vista branch how to conduct their buisness more efficiently. I went for a bus pass, I was out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you so much for your service and I wish you a happy 4TH of july 2020.

They told me that because I missed my renewal date due to a broken car no internet and no way to make it there, I would have to wait for a few weeks for this to be processed ; I handed them the paperwork and told them to shred it ; charities can do a better work than these overpaid lazy bureaucrats (don't come to America if you're thinking.there's nothing for you here)
