4Very unprofessional checked in at 1: 50 pm to pick a load. They made me wait for almost 4 hours. At 5: 15 they told me sorry that they can load me. Stay away from this place you have to wait on busy street
Truck drivers: appointments only and they will start loading 3 or 4 hours after your appointment, outside there is a space for 1 truck which is always a local truck Parked outside, They will try to get rid of the DETENTION. No overnight parking.
Arrived 7: 30 and checked in to offload they told me I have 1 pm appointment. Lady at check in was having bad day. She told I have to wait and will call you. 1 pm past no call. So I went in there to check she forgot about me. Got to dock finally unloading was very quick for full truck of cardboard box’s. So here is my experience as truck driver at this facility. There is overnight parking there. During the day kinda hard to get parking here.
Arrived there at 730 am and there was a line of trucks waiting to get loaded. It took about 3 hours which wasn't bad since there was 4 trucks on the street waiting to get loaded. It took less than an hour to get loaded. You get weighed on the way in then again after getting loaded. They may add more if you are still light and then reweigh you. Once you get your BOL you can leave. Staff was friendly and professional. I would want to go back to the shipper if it wasn't located in California.
