I was charged 877 dollars right before Thanksgiving and my card was declined when I went grocery shopping for my husband and I today. I don't make that much money as an e-4 in the military, now I definitely can't afford basic necessities for us.

With this, I do have some displeasure and I tried to go see to talk about a Double charge that happened in the month of January and I haven't been able to, I don't know how to do it, why they will refund me that money 260 and how is the current crisis is not something to lose money that easy
