Such a great facility for kiddos of all ages! We love bringing our little one here & he loves it even more. Such a personable and welcoming environment for all! Great staff!

SDG PL is a very nice open space with lots of natural light. I love being able to see anywhere in the gym. They have the best coaches that always encourage, help them grow, and give great class structure. Which is one of the main reasons we come here. As other places tend to leave it more of a free for all, we like the guidance and it teaches them in the long run how to be in a class setting which is amazing before school.

My daughter has done gymnastics at this place since she was 1 year old (she is 4 now). She just loves it. The staff is always very professional and kind. The mats are always nice and clean.

To prospective employees, be wary. The owner ghosted me after sending me an email stating that she wanted to do a phone interview with me. I'd understand hearing no response if it had been a case of me turning in a resume and that was it. However, starting the process and then not responding for over two weeks in any form of communication is a lot.

Our daughter loves the toddler class here! She thrives in the class mainly because the activities are age appropriate and the instructors are energetic & attentive. She likes being challenged and this class does just that. Can’t say enough how much we love this gym!

My daughter has been going here since she could walk and we have enjoyed many of the camps and parents nights out. The coaches are great with the kids and they are very conscious of cleanliness and sanitization.

SDG is the best gym there is, for all levels. I grew up in this gym and couldn’t have asked for better memories and experiences. Now my little cousin is on team and is absolutely loving it too. Thank you SDG!

We absolutely love SD Gymnastics! The staff is amazing & my daughters have improved so much since starting there.

Our 7yo boy has been taking parkour classes here for a few years and loves it. Coach Addison has been an excellent addition to the coaching team and exactly what the parkour program needed. He’s a great instructor and the kids respond really well to him. I trust him with our kid’s safety and have seen our boy progress and learn new skills each week because of him.

Not the fanciest gymnastics gym, but it's well priced and most of the instructors are terrific and very caring, especially Addison, who is amazing with the kids! Only criticism is that the bathrooms are always dirty.
