San Diego Harley-Davidson

Going on three weeks for bars. Told they arrived and called a day later to be told they have not came yet.

I didn't feel I'm being pushed to any purchase at any time, made honest recommendations, I had an overall good experience

I recently bought some expensive parts for my motorcycle and went to one other Harley dealer before I went to San Diego Harley-Davidson and found out that some of these shops jack up the price on their parts so when you're buying parts check around and make sure that they haven't jacked up the price San Diego Harley-Davidson as far as I know does not do that practice

1st off, the bathroom smells like flowers and is always super clean. Janie was super helpful to talk to about helmets. I feel like I learned a lot!

The service center has gone downhill since Charles left. The quality you get when you have maintenance done is not the high standard that Charles set and it's a real shame to be honest. Nice enough people so not 1 star but will not be back to this Harley Davidson due to the drop in quality and how long it takes them to get simple stuff done.

Very awesome dealership! Justin gave alot of insight when purchasing a hog. Also very glad with what I ended up buying.

Brought my bike in today to have the handlebars adjusted, and Justin got me right in and had the tech do the adjustment without wait or appointment. It seemed by the time I took off my jacket and helmet, he had it finished and adjusted perfectly. Extremely pleased with the service. Thanks Justin!

Service Department are scammers! The service manager is so unknowledgeable about Bikes, he has no clue what he is doing! There are new techs in there every day, never get the same mechanic on your bike because the quit working there so much! Horrible experience, they tried to rip me off for 2500.00 for new heads when it was just the wrong intake! They no nothing about S&S parts or how to order them, total joke! Do not go here, total scam and they just want you to buy a new bike!

San Diego Harley Davidson is AWESOME! We had a great experience with a bike purchase and trade in- the team is awesome, everyone was smiling, supportive and helped us pick the right bike spending a lot of time with us! Dylan and Cam were awesome during the sales process. The management team is awesome as well, Beau and Alex and Geoff are running a great team - HD is lucky to have them! Definitely going to keep coming back here and recommend to everyone looking for a Harley- Don’t go anywhere but San Diego HD!

I’ve been in San Diego all of like 48 hours. Literally just moved crossed the country from Michigan and needed to get my 03 Road Glide out from the bed of my truck. Showed up and Xavier and another was all about helping me, they ain’t making any money by helping me unload my bike but they did it no questions asked. Now after experiencing such hospitality I felt it was only right to get some much needed maintenance done to my bike, so i went to the parts department (I can’t remember his name but a fella with gauges from Hawaii) and he was super chill; didn’t try and sell me on anything I didn’t need but also made great recommendations to gain performance out my bike with some new rear shocks and set of tires. Now they haven’t performed any maintenance on my bike yet but I know they’re going to take care of me and do it right. I already know this will be my go to spot for anything bike related. Not to mention they support military.

I highly recommend San Diego Harley Davidson. I just purchased a 2023 Roadglide ST at a ridiculously low price. Thank you Cameron, my go to guy/ Salesman, for all your Effort, Professionalism, and Hospitality. You my man are going places. I also wanted to thank the rest of the team that assisted me in my purchase. Yall are on point. Thank you again for my Dream Bike. Lastly, if you are in the market for bike. Go see these guys. You would be a fool not too.
