Our spa wasn’t heating and we had one repair person (non hot springs) tell us we needed a new heater. We then contacted hot springs and they quickly realized it was a bad heat sensor (much less expensive) and had our spa back up and running like new and saved us money

Fit me in for a last minute spot to fix spa. Had part with them and I was soaking the same day. Great service

I have an older Hot Springs spa and difficult getting parts. They were able to repair my spa and didn’t damage any panels that needed to be removed as there were no replacement panels available. The work was also reasonably priced. I wholeheartedly recommend them

San Diego Hot Springs Spas has given me great service over the last few years, and their recent heater circuit board repair (the first such repair needed on a 15 year old spa, so not a surprise) was done quickly and competently. Highly recommended!

Update review- recently had a pvc pipe leak that SD Hot Spring Spas dealt with, and I can easily affirm my earlier 5 star rating!

The water Care class was very helpful. Mike, who taught the class seemed extremely knowledgeable. I plan to attend again in the future to increase my ability to maintain our hot tub properly.

The Escondido store is closed with a "I'll be right back" sign on the door 50% of the time I go there to buy chemicals. I tried to return an unopened package of the salt system chargers, and they refused (I ordered online, shipped late, and I needed it that day for guests) to take it back. They are always low on inventory, always have new staff, inconsistent hours. I ended up buying from the hot springs dealer in Murrieta as I saved thousands over what they quoted me. My son bought one as well from another dealer. I am surprised they are still in business. Eryn Ingraham does not know a thing in building guest loyalty.

Great service. The second service in 19 years and won’t hesitate to have them again. Professional, friendly and reasonable.

We had bought a hot tub from SD Hot Spring Spas several years ago. Each time there has been an issue (rare, but it happens every couple of years or so, they are very prompt and very committed to getting me back up and running. I recently changed out my cover to a top of the line new one and it is an excellent product. The installation was smooth, on time, and the experience, as always, was friendly and professional. The customer service is excellent, the HotSprings Tub is of excellent quality, and the price is competitive of great value.

The purchase and deliver process were great. However I can not say the same for the customer support for service repairs.

Love my Hot Springs Spa. Second home I have purchased one for. This was a 3 person spa. Perfect size for husband & wife. Had coffee most mornings sitting in it. My neighbors also purchased one for their house. We were both living in Baja. Easy to get new filters via mail. JS
