This a very nice property. Actually my stay at this hotel has me reconsidering my loyalty to Hilton Honors. We are 6 years of 10 of earning lifetime diamond.

This Hotel is next to all entertainment. Petco Stadium is next door. The rooftop bar is nice with a great view. There are many Bars and Restaurants with good food within walking Distance. The beds are very soft and the hotel and rooms were clean. I would stay here again!

Location: 5/5 Right across from Petco Park and other hot spots in the Gaslamp.

Cleanliness: 1/5: Found a old washcloth in the shower, our curtains had fresh food stains on them, and haor was found on the shower walls.

Rooms: 2/5 Outdated, very small tvs that sit below eye level from the bed.

Staff: 5/5 Very pleasant, No issues

Amazing views of the stadium and Sarah came through with exceptional customer service! This is my new favorite San Diego hotel

First of all if you are staying there because of the rooftop spot don't bother they don't advertise that it is closed certain days of the week. Also, the management staff are liars they told Marriott customer care that they gave me the option to get the stay refunded if I left that night and no one reached out to me to give me that option! Worst Marriott stay ever!

NOT a 4 star hotel. I was promised a red-eye check-in/late checkout, large flat screen TV, king size bed, pay-per-view, view of the water and room service on a "high floor" (they couldn't specify the exact floor, but said between 15-22).

We got in town at 4am and were almost turned away. We were forced to take 2 small beds (one was sagging with felt springs in the center) The small TV was shattered. We faced away from the water with a "lovely" view of the side of the stadium and a parking structure on the 12th floor. This was supposedly the only room available but they ended up moving us to the 14th floor that showed a sliver of the Coronado Bridge. The small TV was intact but it's built into the dresser on a swivel so the TV is nearly the same height as the bed; enjoy watching your feet! Glad they lied about having pay-per-view or that would have been irritating had I paid for it.

Between two separate phone calls the day prior, I spent nearly 2 hours making sure there'd be no issues and it was nothing but. This was supposed to be a rare lazy getaway for Valentine's day and it couldn't have gone worse or been more embarrassing. Did I mention no room service? They supposedly took $50 off the bill but it was still $268 for an 8 hour stay in a glorified Best Western.

Tips for the maid and valet was $60 alone. I felt cheated having to tip them despite the otherwise horrendous experience, though I know it wasn't their fault.

Never again.

Happy to be here. The valet staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome every time we came back for the night! Thanks guys! (Mini fridge on request)

Music was not the best for the crowd that was there that night but the drinks are very good and the minimum food that was available that night was also very good too! Our Waitress was Jennifer which she was phenomenal by the way! Loved her customer service, after sitting there for what felt like 10mins waiting for our order to be taken she was kind enough to help us even though she wasn't our waitress.

Fine place to stay. Valet parking is $50 a night, but there is parking right next door for $25 (but w/no come and go privileges.) No fridge/mini bar in rooms. Become a member (free) for free (but slow) wifi.
