Prices are higher than you would pay elsewhere with competition. Customer service is lacking, inventory is sparse to no existent; good luck with a custom order. With all the resources at my fingertips there is no way I would get off the couch to give these people my money. Non competitive and their downsizing of building a while back is showing how they can’t keep up.
